SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Angel Osuna and Loris Speltini are married but they'll be living apart starting Wednesday, now that the Border Patrol has returned Speltini to his native Italy. The couple recently spent the day in Tijuana and were returning to San Diego when they were stopped at the border. Speltini was questioned and searched, then detained by the Border Patrol. Guadalupe Garcia de Rayos, a mother of two in Arizona, has been deported to her native Mexico, Carlos Garcia, director of the advocacy organization Puente Arizona, said Thursday.
