FOLCROFT, Pa. - A Coast Guard helicopter crew rescued two PECO workers who became trapped Wednesday more than 100 feet in the air after their ground equipment malfunctioned. The men were not injured. They couldn't get down after the bucket truck they were in malfunctioned and was no longer stable, authorities said. Three men are in custody this hour after allegedly photographing sites around the local refineries Wednesday in Delaware County. Police sources confirm that the three men are in custody and are being questioned about their activities. The men were apprehended by Marcus Hook police. The FBI will assist with the investigation.
