NATO officials and diplomats are assembling for an “extraordinary meeting” on Monday with Ukrainian officials following a naval clash between Ukraine and Russia off Crimea’s coast, the military alliance announced. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg scheduled the NATO-Ukraine Commission meeting at the request of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, reports noted.
