BYRDSTOWN, Tenn. (WZTV) — After an eaglet was seen entangled in a fishing line at a reservoir on the Kentucky-Tennessee line, rescue is on the way. The Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) was made aware of the eaglets in distress Saturday by FOX 17 News, and multiple agencies have planned an intervention.
