There is A LOT going on inside this story, and the pair of indictments only scratch the surface.[WaPo – New York Times – ABC News]According to the DOJ, “A former Special Agent in Charge of the FBI New York Counterintelligence Division [Charles F. McGonigal, 54, of New York City] and a former Soviet and Russian diplomat [Sergey Shestakov, 69, of Morris, Connecticut] were arrested Saturday on criminal charges related to their alleged violating and conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) and conspiring to commit money laundering and money laundering.Interestingly, there are two sets of indictments. Tucker Carlson made some explosive assertions Friday, suggesting that the CIA and the FBI brought down Richard Nixon because he was on to their efforts to undermine the American system as the Founding Fathers had intended it to run and knew that the CIA was involved in the assassination of John F. Kennedy. Carlson’s segment quickly became wildly controversial, but is it true? We may never know for sure — and that in itself demonstrates yet again the need to demand and enforce complete transparency and accountability from these agencies that all too easily can go rogue.Carlson said: “Richard Nixon...

Charles McGonigal, a retired counterintelligence investigator from the FBI’s New York Field Office, was just arrested because he allegedly took substantial sums of money from Oleg Deripaska, a Russian billionaire, to get the latter off a U.S. sanctions list. Where this goes beyond the ordinary corruption that periodically crops up among people with too much power, too few morals, and too little accountability is that McGonigal was one of the people investigating Trump over the Russia Hoax, while Deripaska employed Christopher Steele, whose false dossier seeded the Russia Hoax. Anyone who paid attention during the “hot” years of the Russia...

President Joe Biden’s personal attorneys reportedly misled the Department of Justice (DOJ) in November about classified documents being stored at his Wilmington residence. Shortly after documents at the Penn Biden Center were unearthed on November 2, the White House and DOJ reportedly agreed to hide the scandal from the American people. It’s unclear why Biden’s personal attorneys were initially searching for his illegally stashed documents. The White House has failed to provide the initial reason or cause for the search. After the initial discovery on November 2, Biden’s personal attorneys told the DOJ that the only location where troves of...

The Department of Justice (DOJ) told the Republican-led House Judiciary Committee on Friday “it may not always be possible” to comply with the committee’s investigative requests. “While we will work diligently to accommodate requests for public testimony, it may not always be possible to participate or to address all the topics the Committee wishes to raise,” Carlos Uriarte, the assistant attorney general for the Office of Legislative Affairs, wrote to committee chair Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) in a letter obtained by Breitbart News. Republicans’ requests “must be weighed against the Department’s interests in protecting the integrity of its work,” Uriarte...

One of the promises that Speaker McCarthy made as the new House GOP majority was being seated this year was that there were going be investigations taking place. Lots of investigations, particularly into subjects that the Democratic majority had curiously shown little interest in. One of those areas was the political weaponization of the FBI and other elements of the Department of Justice and the intelligence community against Joe Biden’s political opponents. But before they could even begin the process, the DoJ sent a letter this week to Jim Jordan, the new head of the House Judiciary Committee that would...

It’s thrilling to know that with the new Congress, it’s looking like there will finally be an open and honest investigation into the events of January 6, 2021.. November 3, 2020 and January 6, 2021 Are Inextricably Tied. However, what’s critical about the forthcoming deep-dive into the unjust, immoral, and unconstitutional jailing of hundreds of January 6 “trespassers” at the Capitol, is a look into how that event ties explicitly into what transpired in the presidential election of 2020. Ideally, we must have an investigation that does not divorce the two events from each other. As long as our representatives...

Skip to the 6-minute mark and listen through to the end. Tucker talks about Nixon winning by the biggest margin in history, Watergate, Nixon's threat to CIA director Helms about exposing "who shot John", Mark Felt Asst FBI Director for counterintelligence being Deep Throat, and Bob Woodward had been in Naval Intelligence. Very interesting stuff, particularly since Carlson has at least twice in the last few weeks stated openly that the CIA assassinated JFK. The Daily Caller mysteriously left this part of the video out of their reporting on what he was talking about last night. I hope Carlson has...

The Secret Service is reportedly willing to reverse course and disclose visitor records from President Joe Biden’s Wilmington residence, where classified documents were unearthed by the president’s personal attorneys. While the Secret Service claims not to keep visitor logs of everyone who entered Biden’s home, the Secret Service does keep records of those who “come into contact” with the locations the agency protects. It’s those logs the Secret Service is willing to turn over to Congress, according to Fox News.

The Justice Department decided against having FBI agents watch over a search for classified documents conducted by President Biden’s lawyers at his Delaware homes — in part because the attorneys were deemed to be cooperating with the DOJ’s investigation, according to a report. The Wall Street Journal reported Tuesday that DOJ officials also opted for the hands-off approach in order to avoid complicating future phases of the probe and to not interfere with special counsel Robert Hur’s work. According to the Journal, Biden’s attorneys were given permission by the Justice Department to search the 80-year-old president’s Wilmington and Rehoboth Beach...
