The Black Lives Matter movement (BLM) casts itself as a spontaneous uprising born of inner city frustration, but is, in fact, the latest and most dangerous face of a web of well-funded communist/socialist organizations that have been agitating against America for decades. The Black Lives Matter movement claims that only whites can be racists. And while justifying violence to achieve “social justice,” the movement’s goal is to overthrow our society to replace it with a Marxist one. Many members of the black community would be shocked to learn that the intellectual godfathers of this movement are mostly white Communists, “queers”...

HIRSCHFELD, GERMANY - Scientists in Germany have come up with a method for extracting the precious element germanium from plants. The element is a semi-conductor and was used to develop the first transistor because it is able to transport electrical charges extremely quickly. Nowadays, silicon-germanium alloy is indispensable to modern life, crucial in making computers, smartphones and fiber-optic cables. Transparent in infra-red light, germanium is also used in intelligent steering systems and parking sensors for vehicles. Yet although germanium is present in soil all over the world, it is difficult to extract, and most supplies currently come from China. Now...

COVID-19: It’s all we talk about, on the cable news, and in our 6-foot socially-distanced prison walks around our silent neighborhoods. And in nearly every conversation comes the intellectual shrug, “who could have seen this coming?” A single phrase that neatly absolves governments and experts alike of any responsibility of predicting the pandemic and, if not being able to stop it, at least cushioning its blow........ But is it unfair to engage in so much 20-20 hindsight? After all, who could see COVID coming? Well, we did. We — as in nodes within the U.S. Government tasked with tracking critical...

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officials tried to hack Indiana’s state electoral system with at least 14,800 “scans” or hits between Nov. 1, 2016, to Dec. 16, 2016, The Daily Caller News Foundation Investigative Group has learned. The attacks are the second confirmed IT scanning assault by DHS officials against states that resisted then-President Barack Obama’s attempt to increase federal involvement in state and local election systems by designating them as “critical infrastructure” for national security. Members of the National Association of Secretaries of State voted Saturday at their winter meeting to oppose the designation. They are asking President Donald...

The nation's top state election officials say they'll keep fighting a Department of Homeland Security order that designates state and local election systems as "critical infrastructure," and aren't happy with the message they got this week that the designation will remain. For the moment, that fight means lobbying congressional delegations to use whatever power is at their disposal to make DHS back off. Barring that, a separation of powers lawsuit may be their last option, but it's not clear yet if any state or coalition of states is willing to take that step just yet. Week Twenty-Two of the Trump...

The UK's terror threat level has been raised from severe to critical, meaning an attack is considered imminent. Prime Minister Theresa May announced the decision from Downing Street. The move means that military personnel could be deployed to support armed police officers. "It is a possibility that we cannot ignore that there a wider group of individuals linked to this attack," Mrs May said. She said that the threat level was under constant review. "The change in the threat level means there will be additional support available to the police as they work to keep us safe," she said.

Hadassah Medical Center issued an update Sunday morning on the conditions of the terror victims currently being treated at Hadassah Ein Kerem and Hadassah Mount Scopus in Jerusalem. The 20-year-old IDF soldier who was stabbed by an Arab terrorist in Hevron on Saturday evening is now in light condition after undergoing surgery overnight. Two patients remain hospitalized after suffering wounds in the brutal knife and gun attack on Tuesday aboard a bus traveling in Jerusalem's Armon Hanatziv neighborhood. A 76-year-old man remains in critical condition from that attack, while a 69-year-old woman's condition has been defined as moderate. A 79-year-old...

Officer John Adsit underwent six hours of surgery Thursday for injuries sustained in the accident and was in critical, but stable condition. But the reaction of young students, reported by the Denver Post, left residents stunned and members of the Denver Police Protection Association angry. Students were heard chanting and cheering after the officers were hit. Teachers looked on and did not intervene while the students chanted,...

WASHINGTON — The U.S. military is heavily dependent on Egypt to move personnel and equipment to Afghanistan and around volatile parts of the Middle East, complicating U.S. efforts to place pressure on the Egyptian military in the wake of its violent crackdown on protesters. "Egypt has been a cornerstone for the U.S. military presence in the Middle East," said James Phillips, an analyst at the Heritage Foundation. During the past year, more than 2,000 U.S. military aircraft flew through Egyptian airspace, supporting missions in Afghanistan and throughout the Middle East, according to U.S. Central Command, which is responsible for the...

Baby Adelle Biton's condition has worsened and she is in critical, life threatening condition at Schneider Children's Hospital in Petach Tikva. "We regret to say that Adelle's condition is deteriorating and we ask the entire public to pray for her health," her father, Rafi, said Tuesday. Adelle should be referred to in prayers as Adelle Chaya Bat Adva. Adelle's mother, Adva, was listed in moderate to serious condition after the attack by rock-throwing murderous terrorists, which caused her car to crash into a truck. Two other daughters, Naama and Avigayil, suffered moderate wounds. The family lives in Yakir. There has...

A Jewish baby targeted by Arab terrorists continues to fight for her life. Two-year-old Adelle Biton was hurt Thursday when the car she was in veered off the road and into a truck that was standing on the road's shoulder, as a result of an ambush by Arab youths. The Arabs were hurling rocks at passing cars on the Trans-Samaria Highway (Route 5), at the Gitai Avisar Junction near Ariel. Adelle's mother, Advah, who was driving the car, also suffered moderate to serious injuries, and two of Adelle's sisters, Naama (6) and Avigayil (4), were moderately wounded. Adelle underwent a...

The man was thought to be suffering from septicemic plague — meaning the ruthless bacteria was spreading in his bloodstream — and was in critical condition on Tuesday, doctors said. Contacts with the individual have been notified and are receiving preventive antibiotics, officials said. The man reported contact with a sick cat in his neighborhood, they added. Crook County officials did not identify the man, citing patient confidentiality regulations, but a family member contacted NewsChannel 21, which then learned the Prineville-area man remained in critical condition Tuesday at St. Charles Medical...

A radical organization known as the Pacific Educational Group (PEG) is actively promoting Derrick Bell’s Critical Race Theory in public elementary and high schools nationwide, with an intense focus on what PEG calls “Systemic Racism.” With the approval of the Obama administration, and under the guise of closing achievement gaps between black and white students, PEG is promoting teaching methods that discourage “black and brown” students from conforming to an inherently “white” -- and therefore racist -- curriculum. PEG also encourages teachers to conform to the presumed cultural backgrounds of students, rather than focusing on norms of assessment and accountability....

It is difficult to find a simple review of Critical Race Theory, the mantra and thought-child of Professor Derrick Bell, because CRT is a scholarly theory usually discussed by academics who communicate using scholar-speak. The Breitbart release of the video showing then-student Barack Obama embracing Bell both philosophically and physically is the news item of the day. The question being debated is whether the content of this video is a political bombshell or a yawner. The only way to answer that particular question is to have a working understanding of Critical Race Theory. You have to know what Obama was...
