On Thursday’s Hardball, the MSNBC panel showcased how the left will never be interested in compromise on gun control and will move the goal posts toward gun confiscation, all the while pushing fake news about Second Amendment advocates.  As usual, host Chris Matthews was at the center of it all, falsely smearing Republicans as “a fanatic party on guns” who believe “[i]t’s a God-given, sort of theological right” for anyone to own “any kind of gun they want, any — a bazooka, a tank.”

Almost lost in the ludicrous exchange in which 3 pro-abortion fanatics who consider gay marriage to be the next big battle against bigotry defending the Catholic Church against Glenn Beck, was this outburst from Chrissy “Tingly Leg” Matthews– which was embarrassing, even by his low standard. If he keeps this up, he won’t even be a useful idiot for the Left anymore: MATTHEWS: This guy, Barack Obama—not to get too basic about it -did everything right. He studied hard in school. Captain Janks called in and said he accidentally made another phony phone call to MSNBC. He said he was calling in from Saddam Airport in Baghdad. All he did was tell them that he was from the NY Times. They wouldn't put him on NBC national news but did offer to put him on MSNBC. He said he had his radio on between stations to make some static.
