    A cross-dressing man upset about losing his cellphone at a North Park restaurant flew into a violent rage there today, hurling objects that injured two diners before stealing someone else's phone and fleeing. The man -- dressed in a black ruffled skirt and a leopard-print bikini top -- entered the Denny's in the 2400 block of El Cajon Boulevard shortly before 12:30 p.m. and told a worker he lost his mobile phone in the business earlier in the week, according to San Diego police.
