Gregg Jarrett just moderated a debate between a member of the Civil Rights Industry and the head of the white separatist Council of Conservative Citizens. The subject was Trent Lott. It was interesting listening to the head of the council defend Lott by defending Thurmond's 1948 campaign. Jarrett repeatedly pointed out that Thurmond's only issue was segregation and the council's head kept on splitting hairs so Jarrett switched to other race-baiter.
