A Dallas man faces a charge of murder after he was involved in a traffic accident about 1:30 p.m. Monday that killed an 83-year-old Dallas woman. Eddie Ramirez, 28, allegedly stole a police "bait" car Monday which subsequently crashed into a car driven by Annie Reyes, according to police reports. Reyes, whose 2000 Honda was broadsided in the wreck, near the intersection of 12th Street and Montreal Avenue in the Oak Cliff area of southwest Dallas.
