Hi, fellow Bay area person here..and i have to say thank you .. thought the same thing about that dinghy...too small for the waters..the bay gets pretty choopy and whomever would take that little thing out there either had a mission on his mind or was a total idiot....you never know when a wind is going to pop up and Id hate to be on that little thing if it did!!!! I think he did it..Whether the body is actually in the Marina..(which would be realy stupid since they know he went there) or somewhere else...Who knows what makes killers kill......Most of us have been really mad at someone else in our lives and havent hurt a hair on anyones head.......
