A man found dead on the side of a road late Sunday has been identified as Selvin Nicolas Medrano Salazar, 23, a native of Guatemala. ...near the intersection of East Park Boulevard and Peachtree Lane. He had suffered from a gunshot wound. Nobody in the neighborhood heard shots, leading police to believe that the body may have been dumped, said Officer Rick McDonald, a Plano police spokesman. Mr. Medrano Salazar was staying on the east side of Plano, police said.
