Don’t get me wrong, I think it’s great what Elon is doing. I think it’s great that a lot of parents who went through this are trying to expose the horrors of it.
It’s just frustrating that people can’t see the creeping incrementalism of it all, and how the incrementalism is the most insidious aspect of it.
The only reason Bill and Hillary Clinton said they were against gay marriage back in the 90s is because it was the first time a Democrat had gotten elected in almost 20 years. And only the 2nd time a Democrat had gotten elected in 7 presidential elections.
So they pretended to be against gay marriage to show all the older, more socially conservative Democrat geezers that they weren’t crazy left wingers, and it’s safe to elect a Democrat.
And then they wait another 10-15 years for the geezers to die off, while simultaneously brainwashing the next generation of young people, before pushing the pedal to the metal and going full steam ahead with the next phase of their demonic agenda.
This has been going on since Hugh Hefner tried to make pornography respectable and sophisticated. I call it generational incrementalism.
The Boomers and every subsequent generation have fallen prey to it. The reason the ruling class goes on and on about labeling the 1950s as “the dark ages” is because that was the last decade when people still embraced old-fashioned values. Even the early rock and rollers like Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis were patriotic and respectful of religion.
And they don’t want the pendulum to ever swing back in that direction to the point that it breaks the glass and the emergency exit door back into the American dream is opened once again.
