I didn’t think it would apply to doctors, but here we are.
Pharmaceutical companies fund med schools in the USA. My MD went to med school in Nigeria and did not push vax on me. Quite the opposite. Best doctor I ever had.
I support free speech, but not any one candidate. In fact, I gave money to & voted for Hillary & then voted for Biden.

I was a cane cutter, a deckhand on boats, an oilfield roughneck, a drilling fluids engineer, a geologist, a commercial pilot flight instructor, almost chemist and lastly clinical pharmacist. I never doubted my advice from doctors until I became a clinical pharmacist. I then realized they are not perfect. Elon Musk became a victim of this same logic. He trusted his sons doctors. He was sadly wrong.

I remember when doctors endorsed cetain brands of cigarettes. And my military dentist had fingers that tasted like an ashtray smells...

but that was before the 90s.
Wow an interesting & varied life perhaps he was naive in listening to the doctor. When COVID was a thing the doctors surgery here kept calling me advising me to get the shot.
The sorrow in Musk’s face is absolutely genuine. It tugs at my heart.

Xavier was born gay and slightly autistic , two attributes that contribute to gender dysphoria.
I knew that from when he was about 4 years old and he would pick out clothes for me to wear like a jacket and tell me it was “fabulous!”, as well as his love of musicals & theatre.
But he was not a girl.

In Musk's defense, many parents were told this crap several years ago when his son started this process; and there are lots of lawsuits going on across the developed world as a result. A major lawsuit in UK shut down the Tavistock transgender clinic of UK's National Health Service. But in this country, Joe Biden's administration and several leftist governors have done everything they can to force this transgender doctrine down everyone's throats, on pain of jail time or losing custody of one's child for using wrong pronouns or refusing to "affirm" the child's imaginary identity.

A friend of mine's doctor husband went to a pharm-sponsored "conferences" for two nights in Las Vegas and he called home and told her they were showing porn. Other friends have reported "conferences" in ski resorts, in Hawaii, on cruise ships; and lots of "holiday gifts" and assorted trinkets are given by visiting drug reps to prescribing doctors with the brand names of drugs on them.
Any parents who seek the advice of pediatricians and psychotherapists about this madness are clueless idiots.
The smart parents get out in front of this stuff and know to never go near a pediatrician or psychotherapist for advice, and make sure their kids don’t either.
