Legal question for anyone who knows. A friend of mine is in a bad relationship (unmarried) with two kids. The lady has definite mental issues and some prescription drug issues as well. He finally had enough and is leaving her. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you block spam that spoofs your own e-mail address as the sender? Of course, it makes it through every filter and it is an illegal operation to block your own e-mail address. Does anyone know a way around this?

I have been having a recurring problem with this Windows Update for the last few months.  No matter how many times I accept the update, install it, it always "returns" at another time.  If I uncheck and then check "do not notify me about this update again", it still returns anyway.  Has anyone else had an issue with this? Maybe I would just be better off to uninstall Windows Defender?

My friend's wife is about 4 - 5 months pregnant. She recently had a blood test that looks for genetic abnormalities (a quad marker I believe). She was called in today and told by a nurse (still waiting to see a doctor) that she tested positive for TCHG, a birth defect that causes death although the test could have been a "positive negative" requiring further tests. I understand that this test is not conclusive but does anyone have any idea what TCHG is? I can't find anything on the net about it.
