Fred can simply ignore this. If a reporter insists on a response: "As a matter of principle, I refuse to speak on any matter relating to ethics until Hillary has been indicted for felony violation of Federal election law. There is a video of her committing this felony. That matter is simply too serious to permit dicussion of any lesser issue of ethics."
