I am in same situation and same age range but a federal employee. I just got done today responding to follow-up questions from my Religion Exemption submitted earlier this month. Firm is reviewing and asked a number of follow-up questions. You must take this very seriously and do your research. If you screw up the language you are toast. You must demonstrate a “sincerely held religious believe” that the C-19 vaccines are against your belief system. Best bet is to argue that all 3 options are tested using fetal tissue. Also best is to say that “your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit” and you avoid putting things in your system that are harmful which the vaccines have plenty of. Letter from pastor do not count as YOUR sincerely held belief and not a particular church you go to. (You are allowed to disagree with your church's stance.)
