Does anyone know, Gaza seems to be a hotbed of moochers and crooks. Is the West Bank similar? Why are there no popular uprisings in these horrible places?

The Sunday after 9-11-2001 I attended Mass at Our Lady of Guadelupe Church in Cool Valley. During the sermon, instead of words to encourage, mourn or unite I heard the priest rail about "the corrupt men who control Alan Greenspan" at which point I got up, turned on my heel and walked out the center aisle of the church, accompanied by the gasps of the elderly parishoners. Fast-forward to today, when I go to Mass at St. Ferdinand's in Florissant. I think there's something familiar about the priest, and then he blames the desire for wealth for all the evils...

A 10 minute internet search turned up 15 towns named "hot Springs" from VA to CA. in addition many other states have at least one town renowned for their natural hot baths. Why are we wasting time and money on solar panels and windmills when the model for "environmentally sound" power production is under our feet?I never see this mentioned at all, but the tech is proven (see Iceland) and the risks are small, without the need for the toxic materials in PV cells. Is it because we'd want to drill at Yellowstone?

Is there anyone in the world who has experience in directing a crash of national monetary systems? Would such a man have a reason to want to collapse the monetary systems of Western "democracies"? Would he know how to leverage the monetary system and have politicians in his pocket? Is he a long-term careful planner? Are things moving toward a world he envisions as utopian, now that the One has been elected?

I wonder if we're not all looking at the Annenberg trees (Ayers) and missing the forest. Obama controls a huge amount of grant cash in corrupt Chicago. Subsequently strange things happen to his opponents, starting with the incumbent state Senator in his district, ending with Jack Ryan. This would be the Chicago Way.

I own a startup staffing service here in the St. Louis metro area. Wednesday a kid came in to apply for assignment with us, and he brings a woman with him. It turns out she is his "work coach". What this means is that every time he goes looking for a job, she's with him, injecting herself into the proceedings, talking about him like he isn't there, using terms like "high-functioning" as if the guy were retarded. The poor bastard would do much better on his own. Has anybody else encountered anything like this?

Thanks to all freepers who prayed for my brother, ill at Christmastime. I regret he has passed away, from the heart and kidney problems he faced, but we will remember all you have done.

My brother lies in the hospital in Osage Beach. Art is as opinionated as any Freeper posting. Some MO Freepers may have heard his Sunday morning radio show, when he had it. His kidneys shut down some days ago, and they're having trouble stabilizing his vitals. All your prayers would be greatly appreciated.
