I and a friend have done a breakdown of the new congressional delegations. This could become important if things get thrown to the House. The good news is the Republicans will control at least 28 State delegations in the House of Reps, and a majority of members. If the Electoral College cannot decide, each congressional delegation in the House of Reps gets one vote for President, and the Reps control a majority of state delegations.
