HANNIBAL NEGLIGENT FOR DOING NOTHING…According to press reports, the City of Hannibal is being sued after a homeowner was injured while putting up a radio antenna. The City, of course, blames the homeowner for not asking for his power to be shut off before attempting the set up. The Hannibal Courier-Post reports that the lawsuit was filed in late November in Marion County circuit court by a Columbia law firm.
