I remember WorldNetDaily as being fiercely in favour of the war against Iraq?

It is a strange world: European and US leftists start endorsing the CIA and Tenet (may I say so much without my thread being pulled?), US conservatives start endorsing Ritter.

Against whom are they uniting? Anybody's guess.

The odd thing is

(if I may be so bold)

a) that Ritter changed his opinion so radically, as documented in this thread

b) that he now poses as defender of Israel while in the real world he is the champion of the antiimperialist Left that fumes with hatred at the very mention of the word "Israel".

Of course, a champion of the Left defending Israel seems a good thing at first glance, a kind of relief.

But drawing attention to Israel as the main source of intelligence for the USA

(and sadly enough Israeli politicans or representatives like to boast sometimes, like with "urban warfare" training etc.)

is a trap. It still leads the Dolchstoss way. No big country is dependent on Israel's advice on whether to wage war, independently of Israel's current opinion.

Moreover it begs for the question: then why did they change their views? Ritter himself says "Bush" - knowing that at least on the Right this view will not be accepted. So it must be "somebody behind the scenes telling Bush".

And the answer is already floating in the mainstream press, and it will be only too eagerly accepted (see

This will add to the already widespread shreds of disinformation that are presently being propagated in order to create a scapegoat for US/EU (and no, there is no enmity between the US and the EU on that issue) military intervention.The superpower (plus powerful allies as UK) being led into a trap by "that little --- country" - this is the propaganda message.

So this must be exposed and opposed right from the beginning. Ignoring it won't help. Propaganda of this kind threatens everybody, not "only" Jews and Israel.

This is not so much about Israel, and not even only about the pseudo-left of Davos: Antisemitism is fostered also by official US institutions. The article below is a good example on how the US is actively fostering hatred of Jews while officially posing as a defender. It is just one instance, but it stands by no means isolated:

This is a good example of that evil comedy of "the honest US retired diplomats" and "the honest CIA retirees" . I did not come up against any example as "exemplary" for the whole method than this.
