Admittedly, I have not seen the movie yet, as to my knowledge it has not yet been released, so I am guessing these comments are based solely from the trailers? Or maybe an early screening? In either case I fail to see why you or anyone would label it as being anti-American, my guess is because of the premise of “evil humans must kill innocent blue aliens to get to the valuable rocks beneath their village”, is that it? It's a movie guys, come on! And if that is the reason for these comments then are you actually saying that it is “American” for corporations to hire the military to go in and wipe out entire villages in order to take their natural resources? That's what you believe Americanism truly is? Unbelievable! You guys are feeding right into what the lefties say about you! LOL!

There are a ton of very smart, over-educated, hard-working Asians who are dying for jobs
Wow, my heart just bleeds for them /sarcasm

But what about the very smart, over educated AMERICANS who lose their jobs here when their employers ship their jobs to places like India or China? Would you rather have people "dying" for jobs in Asia or next door to you?

I am a software engineer with a M.S. in computer Science and over the last few years I have personally seen thousands of American lives destroyed by outsourcing to India/Asia. Once these people have lost their jobs they more than not find out that there are no jobs available in their fields because almost every employer in the U.S. is now outsourcing these jobs to India/Asia. This puts us in a peculiar predicament. We cannot find work in our fields, yet we also cannot find lower skilled work because such employers view hiring "educated professionals" as a liability. You see they assume that one day we will find work in our field and then quit our lower paying job with them. The real kicker is that once you have been out of work for some time you begin to lose your skills and IF you ever do get an interview you are usually lacking in the ability to respond to the ad-hoc technical questions thrown at you. I know extremely talented people in my area that are former software developers and systems analysts holding such jobs as a clerk at the Disney Store in a local mall, another one delivers pizza for Dominos!

For crying out loud what are we doing to ourselves? But wait that is just the problem isn't it? Americans can't seem to acknowledge that a problem even exists until it happens to themselves personally. I know that many of you right now are saying to yourselves "Hmmm the job market is great! This guy and those people that he is talking about must be losers in the rock bottom of their professions"

Well, you people can just keep thinking that right up until the point that it happens to you and your family...

Hers is one point that I never hear mentioned and that is the effect that this is having on our children and the future generations of America. When children see their parents and/or neighbors who are college educated professionals losing their jobs and having to resort to minimum wage low or no skilled jobs just to scrape by... well guess what... they lose all incentive to enter those professions and many lose all incentive whatsoever to go to college. This will be a MAJOR problem for this country in the future. If we are going to sit by and ignore the problems of the families whom are effected by this now let us not also sit by and watch the problem that will face us in the future when we have REAL shortages of educated Americans!

The U.N. endorsed dogma of Free Trade and the traditional U.S. definition of Free-Markets are two entirely different concepts. I wish that the rest of you would wake up to that fact. Free-Trade is an idea pushed by the U.N. and it amounts to nothing more than the global distribution of wealth. I thought that most of you people claimed to be against socialist wealth redistribution programs??? Wake up! Also do you remember forced integration with bussing in the 70's? Well Free-Trade is a very similar idea. What is it that global corporations chant? Diversity, diversity, diversity! Well, the bussing idea failed along time ago and this one will too, unfortunately millions of American families will pay the price before that happens!

We saw what happened in Iraq, with our fine military just walking over an entire Iraqi army. Do the RKBA folks _really_ believe they could do better? If so, they are deceived.
I hear garbage like this all of the time from snot nosed civilian lefties! So I feel the need to point out a small fact that most of you commie pinko fascists seem to ignore...

That fact is that a very large portion of those serving in the United States Military are in fact R.K.B.A. types A.K.A. American gun owners. Hello, anybody in there numbskull??? We are the one's who are flying the A-10s, driving the M-1's and defeating America's enemies abroad. If you think that we will one day come home and start slaughtering American patriots instead of taking out the trash in America that is the people like yourself then you sir are the one whom is deceived!

You and the rest of your un-American cronies might want to wake up, put the crack pipe down and take a deep breath of reality now!

Hiring whomever you want and selling products to whomever will buy them at whatever price arrived upon without coersion is free trade.

You do not have the first clue as to what "free-trade" is or what it means to be a "conservative" for that matter. Free-Trade cannot exist between nations that have vastly differing economies, if it is attempted then the nation with the higher economy will see its standard of living plummet as it dives to an equilibrium with that of its poorer trade partner. The only way that trade can exist between two nations of vastly differing economies is for tariffs to be used. This so called "free-trade" that you advocate is exactly what is hurting our economy! Globalist politicians blame our economic woes on everything under the sun to distract people like you from the truth. "Free-Trade" as you describe it can only lead to the loss of all sovereignty for all nations including ours. You have either been duped into your beliefs by other globalists posing to be conservatives or you are consciously perpetrating these lies as a die-hard member of the globalist movement. In either case if what you are longing for is open borders, unrestriicted "free-trade" with third world nations, a world economic society without borders and nationalities then you sir are neither a conservative nor an American. You are a globalist pure and simple.

If one of our founding fathers had decided to sell out the jobs of their neighbors in exchange for cheap foreign labor they would have been ostricized from society if not outright exiled. Your views of being a conservative and an American are so perverted that it is an incredible sight to view your raving postings.

Let us look at one of our basic traditional beliefs that have been held in America:

America is the land of opportunity, if you work hard and study and be the best that you truely can be then you can succeed in America! Sadly, his is no longer true. Many of our best and brightest citizens are having their lives ruined by your so called "free-trade" agreements. These people are not being replaced because of any lack of skills as the globalsits claim. They are simply having their lives sold down the river by corporate pirates and corrupt politicians. Answer me this: "If these workers are lacking the proper skills then why do these corporations force them to impart these skills to their "new" foreign replacements before they are laid off?

The American people will only travel so far down your globalist path, they will not allow their country to fade into the night and be undermined by your open borders and rediculous corporate trade schemes! This can only end in a the loss of our national identity and our sovereignty. If you disagree then I would like to hear your thesis on how a country can remove its own borders, ruin its own economy, force its own people onto welfare and still remain a world power or even a sovereign nation...

    Oh BTW:

I have as little respect for X42 as anyone else if not more; however, you may want to check who is voting in favor of increasing the number of H1-B visas, H2-B visas, L1 visas and also for making it easier for companies to move "offshore". It is both parties. The last time that they voted to increase the number of H1-B visas I am pretty certain that all 100 senators voted for the increase. I guess they didn't know about the over 1 million unemployed engineers in America!

They have shipped the factory jobs overseas, they are selling out the trucking jobs by opening up our roads to Mexican trucks, the IT and engineering jobs are going now as well, even call centers are being relocated "offshore". Check the papers they are even importing people from other countries to become doctors, nurses and teachers for crying out loud!

By the way when in the hell did China and India become "offshore"? Ellis Island is "offshore"! China and India are on the other side of the freaking planet!

Write congress now and tell them to put an end to this nonsense!

I don't believe this for one minute.
Well Jorge, you had better believe it. This is just more of the American Worker Replacement Program at work. 28% of all U.S. tech jobs have been moved overseas while at the same time over one million U.S. engineers and IT professionals were laid off this year. This has everything to do with cheap labor and those who support open borders and globalist policies. You had better be prepared to tell your children to forget about going to college and instead start them practicing the phrase "would you like fries with that"

Until people start caring about the sellout of American jobs (even when it is not their job) we will have these problems. Wal-mart and McDonalds will be the dream jobs of the future where our children will be working if we do not stand up for ourselves and do it soon.

Remember the GPS jamming devices that Russia sold to Iraq? Well the recent story is that these were manufactured by a company that moved offshore to take advantage of the cheap labor overseas! I think I saved the article but I will have to look for it.

    Wake up America!!!

The .500 Linebaugh is at the bottom. I belive this new .500 S&W cartridge is a production equivalent of the Linebaugh but I am not 100% certain of that.

America is to punish Germany for leading international opposition to a war against Iraq. The US will withdraw all its troops and bases from there and end military and industrial co-operation between the two countries - moves that could cost the Germans billions of euros.

  • What kind of Gas Mask should I buy?

All the gas masks in the world won't do you any good unless you have a MOPP suit that protects your entire body.
This statement is complete and utter non-sense.

I'm telling you all right now that I went through NBC training in the United States Marine Corps. I was the NBC officer for my company and this statement is complete BS! It is true that there are NBC agents that can kill you via skin contamination but there are also many agents that must be inhaled for them to be able to kill you. In this latter case a gas mask will certainly save your life!Just a few of these agents are: Anthrax, botulinal toxins and sarin.

Anthrax - The airborne anthrax spores are inhaled and lodge in the lungs. There, they quickly multiply and produce toxins that spread through the body via the bloodstream.

Botulinal toxins - The victim inhales the airborne toxins into the lungs. The toxins fill the body with poison. Eventually, complete paralysis and cardiac arrest occur.

Sarin - Sarin is inhaled and paralyzes the nerve that makes the diaphragm expand and contract. Eventually, the victim dies of suffocation.

This is not only disinformation but it is dangerous disinformation that could have life threatening consequences!

I know that we all like to think that we are experts on many subjects but if you are NOT an expert on a subject like this then please do not spread false information. Many people are not informed on this subject and your statement is a potentially harmful one.

I regularly shoot my .454 Casull at the range. The .454 Casull has an equal amount of recoil as a .300 Ultra Magnum Rifle. My revolver is ported and has a nice set of grips which makes shooting it bearable.

I do not have any concrete information on the recoil of this new .500 S&W but my guess is that it will be untolerable for the vast majority of shooters. Here is a link to a chart showing handgun recoil for various calibers.

    Chuck Hawk's recoil table

The .500 Linebaugh is towards the bottom of the page. I can only assume that this .500 S&W is based on the .500 Linebaugh cartridge so it may be comparable with these figures.
