how do you subtract out the “inefficiencies” of standard gas powered cars? why not just use cost per mile and ROI?

but I bet drilling a hole in he ground is cheaper than running a natural gas powered power station(?)

It was a little tough to find. The TDC site
had a section on finding records not on their
site:

Turns out the TXDPS had the info:

... but it costs $3 per search.
Worth it for me to confirm the info given the gravity
of the situation. Snail mail is on the way.

I've requested confirmation from TDC on the release date
and will post that when they respond.

Here's the arrest info from the courts that documents the offense. Looks like he's 35 ... deserves some more time.
