Fox says it will not air an upcoming 'Family Guy' episode that deals with abortion, the Live Feed reports. The network announced its decision in a statement released earlier this afternoon, adding that Fox executives "fully support the producers' right to make the episode and distribute it in whatever way they want." Series creator Seth MacFarlane appeared ready for the decision when he spoke during 'Family Guy''s Comic-Con panel discussion on Saturday. "20th Century Fox, as always, allowed us to produce the episode and then said, 'You know what? We're scared to ******* death of this,'" he said, according to...

INDIANAPOLIS (June 23) - The son of former New York Yankees star first baseman Don Mattingly was arraigned Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of shoving his mother and spitting in her face after she allegedly sent him an insulting text message. The case against Taylor Mattingly, 24, was deferred so he can apply for a pretrial diversion program, said Angela Watson, director of the program for the Vanderburgh County prosecutor's office. Mattingly expressed an interest in the program during his court appearance, where he was not represented by an attorney, she said. He is scheduled to appear in court again Sept....

NICHOLASVILLE — A newborn baby that had just come home suffered cuts and puncture wounds Monday after a family dog snatched it from a crib and apparently took it into the woods, police said. Former U.S. lawmaker and Green Party presidential candidate Cynthia McKinney and several other activists remained in an Israeli prison Thursday after refusing to sign a deportation form that they claim is self-incriminating. In a press release from the Green Party, McKinney said the form states that the Spirit of Humanity, a Greek-flagged relief boat carrying 21 activists, medical supplies, cement, olive trees and children's toys en route to Gaza, was violating the Israeli blockade and trespassing the country's territorial waters.

  • Why Print BONDS when you can print MONEY?

The US Government can print bonds that people consider "risk free" and exchange them for federal reserve notes. So we pay INTEREST on every dollar in circulation to the Federal Reserve (a private corporation). If the Government can print bonds, why can't the government just print MONEY and use it to retire the debt. All the government has to do to make it valuable is be willing to accept it in the payment of taxes and everyone would assign value to it. MONEY=NO interest on the federal debt because suddenly there WOULD BE NO DEBT. What's wrong with that?

(This Girl deserves to have people know what happened to her) These days, given that I'm married and have three kids, I try to keep my violent nature suppressed. Most of the time, I succeed pretty well, but every once in a while I come across a story that makes me want to dig out the electric carving knife and start slicing off body parts. This, sadly, is one such story. Tammy Smith, a forty-three-year-old mother from West Virginia, got angry at her six-year-old daughter when the girl tripped and fell. Instead of comforting the girl and checking for injuries,...
