I recieved an alert about this poll from my 4x4 club. At the time, we were losing 63 to 34 percent. Now we're about 56 to 44 ahead. But it wouldn't hurt to have a little Freeper insurance. The poll is about "Do you support the proposed revision to the Clinton-era forest management regulations?" http://www.msnbc.com/news/840599.asp>http://www.msnbc.com/news/840599.asp
  • Pro-Gun episode on Outer Limits Tonight

    Sci-Fi Channel
Could the tide be turning? The SciFi Channel is usually kind of Leftist. So I was really floored this evening while watching an episode of Outer Limits called The Gun, starring Stacy Keach. I expected it to be the usual guns are evil trash. Was I ever surprised when it turned out that the main theme was 'guns don't kill people, people do.' And I mean, it was in your face about it. There was much talk about protecting one's family and not using a gun in anger. In fact, the 'moral' at the end (when the narrator sums up ...

I just returned from seeing the new movie Megiddo: Omega Code II. WOW! When it was over I just sat there with my jaw hanging open. It is another Revelations - End of Times movie, but it makes all others pale in comparison. It is everything that Left Behind and The Omega Code were not. It was fabulous! And believe me, I see a lot of movies. (I've been to about one hundred already this year.) But this movie really blew me away. Please go see it if you can. I think it is a limited release movie. So it ...
  • Jim Carrey's new movie claims Vince Foster was murdered!

I saw a sneak preview of Jim Carrey's new movie 'Me Myself and Irene' last night. I have to warn you that there is a LOT of very tastless humor throughout the movie, but if you can get past that, there were a number of very interesting features. For instance, there is a scene where one of Carry's sons hacks into the FBI main frame and shouts 'I knew it! Vince Foster WAS murdered!' Then a shot of the FBI file showing that Foster was murdered is shown on the screne.' Another interesting scene was when a small army of ...

  • Judging Buchanan Only by Book Cover

    10/16/1999 9:19:26 AM PDT · by pjd · 149+ views
    Insight Magazine 10/25/99 p48 | Oct. 25, 1999 | James P. Lucier - Contributing Editor
The critics of Pat Buchanan chose to ignore him until he came within striking distance of that $13 million in federal campaign funds going to waste in the Reform Party Now he is being excommunicated from the human race for making what prove to be innocuous historical observations, right or wrong, about traditional American attitudes toward war and interventionism. Pat's views don't sit well with the Xeroxed Republicans and Democrats who think they have a lock on the electoral system. Globalism is their game, and they are suspicious of those who would put America first. Many businesspeople today routinely ...
  • Was the FBI's admission of pyrotechnics orchestrated?

You've always got to wonder, whenever anyone connected with this administration admits to something even the slightest bit damaging to this administration. And so the latest revelations making their way to the media certainly beg the question: Why did former FBI official Danny Coulson make his statement regarding the use, by the FBI, of pyrotechnic CS canisters on that fateful April 19th morning? Actually, Coulson's action falls right in line with the Clinton administration's usual damage control tactics. That is, when it becomes apparent that some bit of damaging information will inevitably be revealed, outside of the administration's control, the ...

I think I have a really good idea, but it will need your help to succeed. Like me, you probably receive several phone calls and mailings each week from the RNC, the RNCC, Newt Gingrich, Dennis Hastert, and all of the Republican Party establishment. Like you, I've been a generous supporter of the Republican Party for several years, and am now wondering what my support has wrought. I am totally disillusioned with the Republican leadership and can no longer, in good conscience, trust to donate my hard-earned money to the Republican establishment any longer. But what to do? Now I ...
