President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice issued a memo Wednesday declaring that Attorney General Merrick Garland is protected from prosecution for contempt of Congress because of Biden’s use of executive privilege.
The memo’s release conveniently came hours before the House of Representatives took the long-anticipated step of voting to hold Garland in contempt of Congress for refusing to comply with Congressional subpoenas for records related to Special Counsel Robert Hur’s investigation of President Joe Biden’s willful mishandling of classified information.
Republicans wanted the audio tapes of Hur’s interview with Biden, insisting written transcripts provided by Garland were insufficient after Hur revealed that Biden experienced mental lapses and “poor memory” when interviewed.

Their only standard is the double one. Perhaps Garland will be properly handled following Bastille USA day, which appears to be not very far in the future. I leave the definition of “properly handled” to all, but let’s consider the word ‘treason’ in the decisions. Given that the Biden Crime Collection allows Jews to be handled as they are, Garland would logically be handled in a worse manner. Much worse. Much, MUCH worse.
This stuff will eventually come out. And then people will see that the released transcript has been doctored to hide the fact that Joe is a mush brain. The audio tapes won’t match the transcript.
And when this does come out, the media will shrug and say, “So?”

Everyone is subject to the law except democrats.
They can ignore the laws, and it’s ok because……..the entire nation has become a fascist dictatorship and only the political opposition is subject to the laws.
Maybe, just maybe, a politicians son who is so guilty they couldn’t cover it up, but otherwise they can do as they want.
Not going to end well, like all the other fascist dictatorships.
As long as the RINOs in Congress refuse to impeach arrogant executive branch officers refusing to follow the law, this will continue. Impeachment exists for a reason, and must be employed when required.

All this stuff will come out and Trumps convictions will be over turned on appeal. AFTER THE ELECTION. If Trump wins they will accuse him of going after his political opponents if his DOJ investigatesany of the crooked.
SCOTUS ruled long ago with Nixon: Provision of written transcripts opens the door to audio transcripts.
Please put the weasel Garland in jail.

Trump needs to promise to prosecute him when he takes office.
The court of public opinion may come into play here. That sob won’t be able to go outside, let alone walk the streets.
If the sgt at arms is given an arrest writ from Congress, an I go along as a deputy?
After the slap on the wrist to Klinesmith, the DOJ guy who falsified a record to say the exact opposite of what it actually said, in order to get a search warrant on Carter Page.... Congress needs to say to the DOJ EVERY TIME, “Why should we trust your word on ANYTHING? Give us the tapes for proof or we cannot believe a word you say, including “and” and “or”.”
At this point any prosecution the FBI and/or DOJ is involved in should be considered suspect.
And apparently my “minders” didn’t like me saying that because as soon as I typed that, the power to my computer went off. Nothing else in the house, just the computer.
Criminals, all of them.
