Kelly, in response to the Montgomery County House Delegation’s request to open a criminal investigation involving sexual assault allegations against Judge Brett Kavanaugh.

President Trump scolded ABC News star reporter Jonathan Karl for asking a “stupid question” about whether or not he would be open to pardoning Michael Cohen during Tuesday’s photo spray with French President Emmanuel Macron. The FBI raided the office and hotel room of Cohen, who is Trump’s personal attorney, earlier this month. Karl, the Chief White House correspondent for ABC News, asked Trump if he would consider pardoning Cohen. “Stupid question,” Trump responded while looking directly at Karl. “Anybody else, please?”

The Trump administration announced Wednesday that President Trump will sign a proclamation to send the National Guard to the border immediately. A carjacking suspect was shot and killed by a man who had a concealed weapon on him in Milwaukee on Monday, officials said. The Milwaukee Police Department said in a news release the 21-year-old suspect was shot after he attempted to carjack a 24-year-old man around 5:50 a.m. near the Milwaukee MachineTool Corporation. "This is the worst thing that could possibly happen to someone," MPD Captain Andra Williams told FOX6. A senior Arizona congressman is calling on Robert Mueller, special counsel for the Justice Department’s investigation into Russia’s election meddling, to resign. Rep. SEOUL, South Korea – North Korea has announced it detained another American citizen over unspecified hostile acts against the country. North Korea's official Korean Central News Agency said Sunday that Kim Hak Song had worked for the Pyongyang University of Science and Technology before he was held on Saturday. North Korea on Wednesday announced the detention of an accounting instructor at the same university, Kim Sang Dok, for "acts of hostility aimed at overthrowing the country."
