These workers are usually paid in cash so the entire tax system is bypassed. If you drive into the area your car is surrounded by people who are looking for work. I decided to look at the DNC site for florida to see if it had any instructions for absentee voters in Florida. I found that it directed me to the SOS office for information. I then decided to see what it said on the California site and it led me to a site for all states (newvoter.com). I looked up Florida and was very shocked to see that it did not require a voter registration number if it was unknown.
