I'm a strong believer in Prayer. Over the years I've asked for prayers for a couple of my Grandchildren. Isaiah and Breanna. Both are fine now thanks mostly to the prayers of Family, Friends and Freepers. Thank you all again.This week I was informed that I have Cancer of the Esophagus. I won't go into the details except to say I have a good team of Doctors working with me. The Coach of my team is the Great Physician and I trust him completely.They are hoping for complete remission after treatment of chemotherapy and radiation. Surgery may be an option...

GOOD NEWS!Tests are back from Amanda and Tony's baby. They are negative and the baby is fine. No downs syndrome detected. The baby was determined to be a female and her name will be Kendall GRACE.Thanks to all of you for your prayers and I will post an update on Little Peyton when I get it. Please pray for Amanda and Tony, a young couple expecting their second child. Amanda has to have tests to determine if the baby has downs syndrome.Also, 3 year old Peyton has just finished his first chemotherapy session for cancer. There is a high mortality rate within 3-5 years after diagnosis. Peyton's mom's name is Sissy.These requests came from friends of my daughter who know about the prayer request and answered prayers for my granddaughter Breanna when she was born.

I got this in an email from a retired disabled vet today and I would like to share it with Fr. Sept. 10. We received this email today from our very special new friend, 1st. Sgt. Jobe. "How are you all doing? The proud warriors of Baker Company wanted to do something to pay tribute to our fallen comrades.
