“ Giese’s parents took her to St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac. Once there, doctors tested her for meningitis and Lyme Disease among many other conditions. All of the tests came back negative. The doctors were stumped as to why Giese was so sick.”
Many times I’ve seen squirrels literally flipping out - racing around, jumping straight up.
I’ve come to believe that it’s mushrooms. When one squirrel is doing it - mushrooms. When it’s two or three doing it - good old fashioned game of grab ass.
“Hope it doesn’t effect my full house genny and floor freezers:)”
You might have power for your freezers and fridges for a week or so after things go south. Maybe you have enough fuel to keep things going longer, but in a real shtf scenario, public utilities and private suppliers may not be reliable sources of fuel.
Might want to have a plan b. Learn a few primitive methods of preserving food such as smoking, brining, salting, canning, etc. My guess is that there’s going to be plenty of smoke around in the future.
Someone who went to my college in the midwest died after drinking heavily at a bar. It was snowing hard and very cold. He left the bar with a short pilsner glass in his front pants pocket. He tripped on a guy cable, glass broke, cut his femoral artery and he expired right there in the snow. Terrible.
