A warmly worded thank you note from the days when there was a Clinton in the White House is raising questions about Ohio Gov. John Kasich’s stand on gun control. In 1994, when former President Bill Clinton was working to get an assault weapons ban through Congress, Kasich was one of only 38 Republicans who voted in support of H.R. 4296, the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.
