Nothing wrong with feeling the Ick around LGBTQ folks, as long as you do not harm them by suggesting that they are ‘less than.’ Or call them names like ‘disordered’ or ‘perverted.’ I will stand by your right to have those opinions. And I stand with the college in not granting a degree to anyone who cannot, because of their Ick (no matter the reason for the Ick be it religious or just general principles), counsel high school students along scientific and professional guidelines.
