What is the name of the "Honorable" Judge ? A ruling that STUPID should be made public to shame the Judge. I will put his name and ruling on the positively stupid page on dumbdumbersumbest.com.

All you guys are wrong, because the U.S., State, County and Local governments all made it possible for me to succeed in my business. They took their cut off the top so I did not get used to too much money. They permitted me or allowed me to open my doors for business without taking all my start up capital for impact fees, permits, Rezoning, Special Exceptions, Special Permits and Applications variances and Special district allowances. They made me take my signage down so it would not offend anyone. They sent me a thank you note just last week for the money I produce for them to spend.

When Orlando Florida and some other localities started robo-calling businesses 20 times a day that put up the little roadside advertising signs, my first thought was to get some signs made with my competitors business and phone number on them, My second thought is that it would be simple to go to the local gun range and pick up some spent microstamped casings to leave a crime scene after picking up mine. What stupid idiot there are in gooberment.

The MSM is not reporting the most important news item in this story! Not one has named the IDIOT judge that allowed the bonuses to these people. No sane person (much less a judge)would give a monetary bonus to a officer or employee of a bankrupted Chapter 7 company. I guess the captain of the cruise ship that ran his ship ground off the Italian west coast, Francesco Schettino should get a bonus also!!! What a wonderful argument for revoking the automatic Constitutional Rights that are bestowed on the illegals the second they step foot into the country.

I just can't wait until the companies that “own” these cameras start changing the pictures to reflect more revenue. The picture taken of your car violating the red light is not stored in the camera at the intersection nor is there a hard copy at the time of the violation like a SD card in personal digital camera. The “picture” is wired to the camera companies headquarters main frame then looked at by non-officers. If there is a perceived violation then the downloaded image is printed and used to charge the vehicle a civil fee. Anyone see some room here to photo-shop the images? The police at the location of the violation do not see the image until it is sent back to the police in the jurisdiction of the camera violation by the camera company. A pixel can be changed to show anything, where a photo negative is what it is when taken.

Liberals steal the honor from the United States that was show here making the sacrifice menial and Illegals get the honor for nothing. God has reluctantly taken his hand off of this nation and is leaving us.

How powerful is MADD in thier anti-druck driving agenda? I was in Newark Delaware some years ago. I was turning left in an apartment complex on a two lane road. Double yellow line, plus I was in an intersection. No traffic coming towards me. I had my turn signal on. A motorcycle slammed into my drivers door about half way across the turn. The motorcycle driver goes over the cab of my truck. I call Newark police. I had to get out of the truck by the passenger door. My passenger and I both smelled alcohol on the bike driver. The investigating cop even asked who was drinking. The motorcycle driver said he was and pulls out his Newark Police ID. I demanded along with my passenger that the cop get a breath test from the bike driver. We were both told by both the biker and the cop to “shut up or go Downtown”. The investigating officer cited me for not looking in the rear view mirror before I turned left to check for traffic behind me! He let the bike rider off scott free. I complain to to Delaware Chapter of MADD. They were not interested. They could have cared less. After personal meetings with the Newark Chief of Police and the press, the bike rider was finally charged with improper passing. My citation was dismissed. I went to court to testify against the bike rider and guess who was prosecuting the case? The original investigating cop was. The judge asked the cop to proceed and the cop said “if I thought the bike rider was guilty of anything, I’d have issued him a ticket...” Judge: “case dismissed. What a joke MADD is. This drunk cop cost me $1000.00 to fix my truck. And walked(staggered) away. MADD wouldn’t return my calls. I wouldn’t give a cent to MADD.

THE CARS DID NOT STOP, I CALLED 911 WITH THE TAGS, DESCRIPTION WITH DIRECTION OF TRAVEL AND WAS TOLD FHP WOULD NOT PURSUE OR STOP THEM. THE TRUCKS WERE DAMAGED BUT NO ONE WAS HURT.

i am opening a web site called dangeroustrucker.com. it is under construction. people will be able to report truck drivers which are dangerous. video will be allowed to be sent in and played.
i just drove from my northern home to fl. i saw ten truck drivers which need to be off the road. i am sick of truckers who turn their turn signal on and move over to the next lane. they feel it is your responsibility to get out of that lane instantly or they will run you off the road. let the companies they drive for, insurance companies and lawyers for people injured by dangerous trucker sort out the details.
i have a stake in safe trucking. i have a class A CDL and own two medium duty box trucks and drive them safely.

A lot more will come out about Paulus. Remember "Sara and Mark Peterson" ? It was Paulus's first nationwide case in 1989 and 1990. It fell apart due to his misconduct. Paulus had a movie deal. Ann Archer was picked to play his then wife. Howard Rosenberg of 60 minutes fame was the producer. Paulus took an advance. That was just the start of his career.

Oshkosh is already bankrupt. There are going to hundreds of millions in lawsuits filed by past innocent persons set up by the County Sheriff's men and convicted by ex-Oshkosh prosecutor Joseph Paulus. These prosecutions range from assault, rape to murder. A lot of innocent people went to jail or killed themselves due to the Oshkosh County system of justice. Since becoming DA in 1989 Until last year Paulus has ruled the police/prosecution in Oshkosh County. Paulus was sentenced to 58 month in Federal Prison. Two and a half years more than his plea agreement called for.

As soon as Paulus is in Federal prison, I will join the hundreds who crossed Paulus and were set up. I was one a few lucky ones who stood up to Paulus and did not go to jail on a set-up.

The In-law that I spoke about is a Maryland hospital today having a biopsy done on a spot in his lungs. Smoking does effect everyone.
