A federal appeals court moved to limit the scope of President Donald Trump’s travel ban Friday, ruling that the restriction should not be applied to those with a “bona fide relationship” to the U.S ... [snip] ... Proclamation once again exceeds the scope of his delegated authority,” the judges, all of whom were appointed by former President Bill Clinton, wrote in the 71-page opinion.

The federal government’s former ethics czar says he is “stocking up” on “gear” in order to “take the streets” in the event that President Trump removes Robert Mueller as special counsel. “I’m concerned the assault on the rule of law is coming over the holidays when we’re distracted. It‘ll be a defining moment for the Republic,” Walter Shaub wrote on Twitter on Friday. Shaub, an Obama appointee who quit his position earlier

This is just a vanity but I've been likening this political game like a chess game. Trumps methodically taking out major progressive/liberal/DNC pieces and the Democrats keep pushing pawns ahead to try and protect them. Right now the Progressives strength seems to be King, Knight, Bishop and 3 pawns to Trump's king, 2 rooks and 2 bishops. and 2 pawns. We're reaching the end game here and it looks like Trump has mate in 4 against the Dems. Trump's going to shut Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand. I hope it's over her flirtations when looking for campaign donations ... wouldn't that be...

An award-winning U.S. diplomat who was seen as a rising star at the State Department has issued a scathing resignation letter, accusing Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and the Donald Trump administration of undercutting the State Department and damaging America’s influence in the world. Elizabeth Shackelford, who most recently served as a political officer based in Nairobi for the U.S. mission to Somalia, wrote to Tillerson that she reluctantly had decided to quit because the administration had abandoned human rights as a priority and shown disdain for the State Department’s diplomatic work, according to her letter, obtained by Foreign Policy.

Wednesday evening, 43-year-old Rosemary Billquist decided to take her two Labrador Retrievers, Sugar and Stella, on a walk in a field behind her western New York home. Little did she know that she would not be returning home. Shortly later, Rosemary's husband, Jamie, heard his dogs barking. When he went outside to see what the commotion was about, he was greeted by EMTs who were pulling into his driveway. One of the EMTs was also a family friend. "Jamie, we've got a gunshot wound," the friend said as he rushed into the field. The victim ended up being Rosemary. How...

McCain is mentally unstable. He proved this when he went wonkers during of his hearings. Brain cancer/tumors are serious business. It had affected his judgement and his security clearances should be revoked.

In my current job, I'm constantly trying to figure out when the next thing I don't know that I don't know is going to bite me in the butt and cause me to have to rework my code. I've been working on a certain project for nearly a year, and still find out things that people have neglected to tell me, or are just considered tribal knowledge and everyone assumes you just "know", or is buried in the code (that I have to replicate in another language). It's not malicious, it's just how it is here, but it's incredibly frustrating....

The ESPN anchor who called President Trump a “white supremacist” on Twitter last month is now calling for a boycott of advertisers aligned with "America's Team."

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2017-09-22/trump-s-travel-ban-decision-could-set-off-new-wave-of-turmoil No excerpt. Given the lawsuits and the Judicial Tyranny that has interfered in Trumps Visa requirements and immigration policy or known as the Travel Ban, I haven't seen one pundit or opinionated news source point out that actions such as the travel ban, help not only in keeping terrorists out, but also in putting pressure on the nations exporting terrorism and their cultural behavior and perhaps changing forcing that nation to take notice and corrective action.

Hollywood thought they had a bad year? Wait until next year. My movie going has dropped from 1 or 2 times a month to 2-3 times a year, and I haven't even started boycotting for the rampant communism being pushed by Hollywood elites.

I'm angry and feel like ranting. Join in .... If there's going to be proverbial blood, get it started now President Trump. The latest leak of Mueller extending his investigation to a Trump obstruction of Justice is an obvious payback for firing Comey. Mueller has done everything but hire Rachel Madow, Stephen Colbert, Bill Maher and the NY times and Washington Post, and that we can't be to sure of. The GOP curse. Never let an opportunity to fail to go to wasted. We will not hold our seats in 2018. Trump should be bold. I vote fire him anyway...

" ... The national smoking rate has fallen to historic lows, with just 15 percent of adults still smoking. But the socioeconomic gap has never been bigger. ..." "... Among the nation’s less-educated people — those with a high-school-equivalency diploma — the smoking rate remains more than 40 percent ..."

Major U.S. corporations and leading business figures are raising an eleventh-hour appeal to President Donald Trump, urging him to not pull the country out of the landmark 2015 Paris Agreement on climate change. ....

I've noticed that leaving my browser open to FR really slows down my internet connection and or simply disrupts google Chrome. This started happening after last year's big long crash. Anybody else seeing problems?

Nobody has talked about how the Democrats have enabled Russia to interfere with our political system. Even to the detriment of the USA. Now, the dems base fully hooked on Russian connections, Russia can just selectively leak, true or not, items that will bring the U.S to tumultuous times.

Jesse Watters put in a notable performance on the 5 at 9:00 pm on Fox. He called it like it was. Part corruption [cronyism] part incompetence regarding James Comey. Two tried to take him on. Dana Perino who made the emotional plea ... don't disparage etc ... But Jesse Put her down Gracefully, but clear. He listed the incompetent parts and listed the corrupt parts. Dana stuck to her "we're all offended" peggy noonan type spiel. Juan Williams fared worse. It was short and Brutal as Watters has no problem putting this together and packaging it combined huge mental capacity....

Watching Krauthammer jumping on the bandwagon of making mountains over mole hills over Trump firing FBI. He unmasks himself for what we all knew, he's a Bigtime #nevertrump'er. Brit Hume gave a fair assessment. Surprisingly.

I think Trump has enough cover for Firing Comey. In fact I think it shows the real genius of Trump. The Democrats have called for Comey to be fired on several occasions and were highly critical of him. Trump didn't fire him within the first month because the heat would be to great. Trump waited about 4 months before firing him and actually firing him during a convergence of confluences. Regarding Hillary's reappearance and continued criticism of Comey, the media jumping on that band wagon, the continued criticism from the Democrats and the admissions that there is no evidence of...
