I suppose it goes without saying, but this decision was rendered by the 9th Circuit.
Judges are Clinton appointees.......that tells you all you need to know.

In many cases, yes, they keep going until the plaintiff runs out of money, even to overruling SCOTUS. They usually get away with it, because the plaintiff just does not have the money to bring the case back to SCOTUS. Just more of the same; its what they do.
How does this work?
The Appeals Court CAN’T overrule the Supreme Court.
This isn’t “Liberal Heaven”.
Hasn’t SCOTUS spanked these fools enough?

Ignore this court order.
