Long title: "Bombshell, the secret lawsuit has finally been revealed your mortgage documents are fake and your foreclosure is a fraud." The enormity of the crimes that have been committed against defendants in foreclosure cases is easy for much of society to ignore. Those who are defendants in foreclosure cases are, after all, those who deserve to suffer the consequences of failed generations of economic policy. Those who are defendants in foreclosure cases are, after all, the people that deserve scorn and disgust and contempt because they chose to live in a country that gave away their jobs, their industry,...

It's easy to feel a sense of panic on a day like today, when the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJINDICES: ^DJI ) is off by 344 points, or 2.28%, with an hour left in trading. But for what it's worth, there's simply no reason to be concerned -- at least, no more concerned than you are on any other day.

I have a question, Here's what happened, my daughter is attending college in Colorado, we are the registered owners of the car so, we were sent a traffic cam photo of her and her license play showing no current year tag sticker. I had her take a photo of the registration and emailed it to me showing it was register. She was also stopped by a local police and he verified it was registered and said he would make a note in her file that either the sticker was either stolen or came off. We got another sticker and mailed...

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that police cannot bring drug-sniffing police dogs onto a suspect's property to look for evidence without first getting a warrant for a search, a decision which may limit how investigators use dogs' sensitive noses to search out drugs, explosives and other items hidden from human sight, sound and smell.

The National Government are pushing a Cyprus-style solution to bank failure in New Zealand which will see small depositors lose some of their savings to fund big bank bailouts, the Green Party said today. Open Bank Resolution (OBR) is Finance Minister Bill English’s favored option dealing with a major bank failure. If a bank fails under OBR, all depositors will have their savings reduced overnight to fund the bank’s bail out. “Bill English is proposing a Cyprus-style solution for managing bank failure here in New Zealand – a solution that will see small depositors lose some of their savings to...

My company will not allow me to opt out of its insurance plan. I have looked into getting my own and it would be half what I have to pay for the company's plan. I don't see where that is right or even legal to burden me with the additional costs - if I can find less expensive insurance I should be able to get it. Anyone else in this position and anyone know short of suing or leaving what my option are? Thanks.
