Solar cell manufacturing was regulated out of the country. China didn’t have to comply with environmental regs making theirs a lot cheaper. We had little choice if we wanted solar power. The real problem with solar is that, regardless of where it’s made or what it costs to make, very few panels will make more power than it took to produce the panel. Spending a dollar to get 90 cents is stupid.

If 1% of drugs developed and researched made as far as his desk and each product involved 20 steps to produce, each step of the process produced waste and step to dispose of that waste had to be insured at millions of dollars for each step. Then I began to understand why new meds are so expensive. Unless you’re talking about the Covid vax.

Bob Corker was the Republican Senator from Tennessee during Bathhouse Barry’s terms and he tried to work with the Dems on several committees but was quickly told he didn’t need to show up because they didn’t need his input. I think Fetterman is in that position now even to the extent that it’s still the Dems who are telling him he doesn’t need to show up because they don’t need his input. Most likely outcome is a few lawyers will split the money and Luigi will have a LOT of boyfriends for a very long time. On his way to prison his lawyers will give him his money’s worth until they burn through it.

Second; for many, many years the Tennessee Highway Patrol was very internally very political and staunchly Democrat. It was nearly mandatory that you supported the Dems if you wanted to advance through the ranks. Of course THAT Democrat Party was far from the Demoncrap Party we have today.
