We are in another Black History Month. I have often wondered why Black history begins in the USA. It's as if Blacks never existed before they were transported to the USA. There is never any teaching of history concerning the hundreds of years of slavery before America ever saw the first White man. Slavery, was an ongoing enterprise before the Arabs took it over in the 7th century. Shouldn't it be " Black History Month in the USA"?
