Having destroyed itself as a source of unbiased journalistic information, in deep financial difficulties, the NY Times has fessed up to the reality of 0bamaism...that it is a rotting political corps. The once throngs of its followers who adored him now find themselves either on the unemployment line or working harder to keep their routine hackney positions. At the rate that 0bama is going, he's off to an exquisitely expensive resort in Virginia with Congressional Democrats, including all those "blue dogs" who said they weren't going to be like the Republicans they replaced because they'd be with the working folk and not at the country club, we'll all be together on the bread lines next winter...which is exactly where 0bama wants us Comrades.

I'm surprised that Bob Menendez hasn't gotten Eyewitness News up there with him to get these poor folks aid. He along with Interior Secretary Ken Salazar are trying to get the observation point in the torch of the Statue of Liberty reopened to the public and the terrorist. I can't believe that they could possibly be so concerned about that and over look these folks in the caves? After all Ken Salazar could get the land declared a national park and provide them with aid. Also, what did the illegals do to the poor Jersey black bears who are so numerous in the Summer. I've been disabled since 9/11 and have been denied Social Security Disability benefits even though, all the doctor's including the governments agree that I am total disabled and unable to work, the original Social Security Judge found in my favor, the Social Security Appeals council has ruled twice that the lower court should give me my benefits, and the nation's largest Social Security Disability law firm (Binder & Binder) has ceaselessly advocated my case for me and continues to pursue the matter.

Should I be required to pay taxes to a government that doesn't provide me with the care that it claimed it would give for the forty years in which I was a contributor to its tax funds?

All he's been talking about is stringing wires between solar panels and wind mills. Hell, its the second week already and he can't get the solar panels reinstalled on the White House roof. Do you really expect there to be any nuclear power plant construction on the basis of that record?

Obama is going to talk a good game and then send all the taxes down a rat hole for the Democrat Party to remain in control. A nuclear power plant or even solar panels would liberate people from dependency on the Federal Government. Watch and see how the Obama attempts to take over all the independent power providers by building a national TVA or expanding the current one.

Welders have to have stuff to weld...namely there has to be industrial production somewhere either here or abroad and there ain't none going on now. So if there is an inability to buy goods, there is no market to build goods, and a very small replacement market to repair goods which can be filled by illegal aliens who aren't going to rat you out to the Feds or the State governments if you pay them sub-minimum wage.

The easiest way to get employment is a learn a foreign language, get a foreign passport, claim you're here illegally, and be willing to work cheap. Otherwise, apply for one of the great social welfare programs (Unemployment, SSD, SSI, SS, etc) and play the welfare game.

Stay in cash and try to find something that you can buy cheap and sell high for cash.

I wonder how Sean Hannity feels tonight now that he has been moved to #2 on the Obama critics list.

I guess Obama had to take his sights off of Sean because of the high ratings on his Television Show.

Obama's media people are exceptionally savvy and have targeted Rush instead of Hannity because Rush refuses to do TV. Hannity's voice is now aligned with his new new personae on the small scene.

Rush, who is the more poised and entertaining speaker, has a highly negative personae because he is not seen while speaking.

Obama's crew knows they have and can beat us on the radio, but they can't on the small screen. Its a shame that Conservative opinion cannot be found on a cable TV network of its own or on the sub-bans of Digital TV.

Fortunately, the weekly radio address of Obama's is being released in video, and that means that Boehner's reply ( Click Here To View) and that of whoever does the Republican reply in the future shall also have to be broadcast on the radio and released in video format to the tele. Boehner looked exceptionally distinguished and made an excellent point about the $275,000 tax dollars that will have to be spent to create or save a single job under the Bama's Recovery Plan.

John Tobacco on locatestock.com has been predicting DOW 7500 since the start of the meltdown. He's been right all along so you and he may be correct about the final bottoming point...of course there is always DOW 0, which is the ultimate stop point.

I once worked for a now famous Mutual Fund manager who once told IBD during the 1987 collapse that he saw DOW 5k. I was standing there with a friend of his, an Investment Banker who was a former A6 pilot from the Nam who had crashed land three different Intruders into the Gulf of Tonkin, and he said yes that might be possible. I thought it was quite a reach, particularly after what had just happened, however I was a newly wed and needed the job and so I simply went along. Everyone else had the same thoughts that I had, ...NO WAY. Sure enough, my friend was correct and I was smitten.

There is an old technical correction method known as the Goodman Wave. What is involved is an oscillation of five up and down waves with the down waves being approximately a 50% retrenchment from the top. So if we peaked at 15k the final bottom on the retreat should be about 7.5k. Expect a "dead cat bounce" of about 50% of the retreat on the upside. Therefore, we should see a DOW of about 10.75 k on the upside with another retreat of about 50% from the "dead cat" bounce top. If this trend continues on the upside, then the market may resume forward motion and would signal a recovery. Perhaps the market indexes, which are leading economic indicators, are signaling that "We have nothing to hope, but hope itself"?

Chief Justice Roberts was officially asked by Dr. Orly Taitz not to administer the oath of office to Obama because it would be a conflict of interest since he has to decide whether or not Obama is a Natural Born Citizen.

Roberts refused to recluse himself, but deep down inside he knows that Obama is not qualified under Article 2 Sect 1 of the U.S. Constitution to be President.

The "misspeak" is either John Roberts conscience talking, or else in a very sophisticated manner he told Obama that he knows he is Constitutionally unqualified to be President, that he didn't appreciate his visit to the Supreme Court last week, and that while he got away (for the time being) with the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American voters he may one day pay a very heavy price for it.

Have him write an apology and start a hunger strike.

Appeal to Obama to reduce his sentence to time served.

Also now that Bush is out of office he'd have plenty of time to testify. Ask for discovery on all documents and that Bush be made to give a deposition about what he knows about the case and the interaction of the Iraqi government in this matter. Usually when an attorney gets discovery to a sufficiently high level in these matters the government folds up agrees to settle for time served. They simply don't want the embarrassment.

You may also appeal to the Court of Appeals for release pending discovery or a rehearing on the case. You'd be surprised what a FOIA can bring up out of Pentagon records, and its effect on civilian US Courts. Remember, Obama has pledged to give the Gitmo detainees US criminal trials...you should appeal for that or for release on time served. The Obama administration will quietly fold up if you get this matter on talk radio and generate enough mail to him and the Congress.

Its going to look pretty bad for him and the rest to have this poor soldier in jail when they're releasing people who murdered our soldiers and civilians. What kind of justice is that.

Call WABC Radio in NYC, 1-212-613-3800, and ask for James Grisham his brother in law and producers voice mail. If he doesn't bite try Savage, Levine, or Quinn & Rose the Warroom. I wish he'd issue a blanket pardon for all us who owe back Federal Taxes. That would true improve his ratings in the polls and enable him to have a great legacy. It would also boost the economy.

However, I don't think Bush is going to pardon anyone!

I suspect he has an agreement in principal with Obama that if they don't pursue war crimes against him and Cheney, he'll let them go after the “Colonels”.

Obama's biggest threat is not us, but the Clinton's. They have him surrounded and all his friends in the media, entertainment, and gay community won't be able to help him once HRC greases the skids and gives the order to "Let's roll!"

Too bad you don't have a lot more electoral votes.

Perhaps that will change after 2010 census for the 2012 election. We need to get a whole lot more electoral votes in Red and Purple states, and hopefully loose a lot more in Blue states.

We could swing California if they had proportional electoral voting like Maine does. Then the winner in the Congressional District gets the electoral vote instead of winner take all. I thought there was an attempt to bring this about, but I guess something happened. Anybody know what the status is on that front?

Let's hope there is an election in 2012, and a country to hold an election in.

Quinn on the WR thinks the reason why BHO met with this grusome crew is because he wants to isolate conservative talk radio. These are the good conservatives and Limbaugh and Hannity and their ilk are the bad conservatives. Yep, its the same here in New York City where they have to get pre-clearance because The Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn are covered entities under the Voter's Rights Act.

In NY they rubber-stamp everything, and in fact if the change wasn't applied for at the time DoJ will create documentation for the Courts to substantiate that they did approve it.

The only changes that don't get approved are the attempts at ballot security. We won't have that to worry about anymore here in NY because the Dems have taken complete control of the State Legislature ( the Republicans are out of control in the NYS Senate) and the likelihood of they're return at this writing is exceptionally unlikely...but then the Republican return in this nation appears to be the same...however, Mayor Bloomberg who first ran as a Republican, then became an independent, has now asked for a Wilson-Pakulla, which is a certificate voted by the Party Chairman (in the case of NYC he'll need three of the five Republican County Chairman that represent the Boroughs in the City of New York to agree on his candidacy) that allows a non-Party member to run in the Party's primary and then in a general election if unopposed or wins the primary, so that he can run for a third term for Mayor after he lobotomized the term limits law. The Republicans still control a line on the voting machine which they can leverage at times for candidates like Bloomie who have the pay in order to play.

Then those two bureaucrats from the Hawaiian Dept. of Health are inviolative of this statue? They came out and made a statement to the effect that they had seen the document and that there is one there. Under this statute, they are violating the law by going to look at the document and by admitting that it exist?
