NOT ANOTHER BERG V. OBAMA UPDATE - OPPOSING VIEWS

[...] For those on the chase, I’m recommending you look at a pro Obama site called What’s Your Evidence? This is the first site I’ve found that analyzes the Berg complaint, as well as, the collateral issues surrounding this epic journey into whether or not Barack Hussein Obama II is eligible to hold the office of POTUS under our Constitution from an opposing view of those of us who believe that Obama is not a natural born citizen or eligible to hold the office of POTUS.

[...]Clearly, someone has taken a great deal of time to “debunk” the Berg claim. Make no mistake, the site is pro-Obama

[...]Agree or disagree with the legal conclusion here, it is an interesting compendium of the issues that many may find useful on their quest for the truth.

What's the evidence? That's what we all want to know!

That's what the Berg lawsuit is looking for — the evidence.

Obama is spending tens of thousands of dollars on lawyer bills — for what?

Don't get me wrong. I don't think Obama will be denied the White House because of the Berg lawsuit. But something about his hostile response to a very simple request just doesn't compute.

I have never seen anyone show that Obama gives a damn about this or is spending big bucks.

There is evidence....

Honolulu Advertiser, Nov. 1, 2008 (””This has gotten ridiculous,” state health director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said yesterday. “There are plenty of other, important things to focus on, like the economy, taxes, energy.” So, in what likely will be a vain attempt to halt the inquiries, Fukino yesterday issued a statement saying that she and the registrar of vital statistics personally inspected Obama’s birth certificate and found it to be valid. Will this be enough to quiet the doubters? “I hope so,” Fukino said. “We need to get some work done.” Fukino issued her statement to try to stomp out persistent rumors that Obama was not born in Honolulu — and is therefore not a U.S. citizen and thus ineligible to run for president.)

Oh......I'm sorry.

So, who exactly is paying Obama's lawyers?

Who hired them?

Obama employs paid legal advisors on his staff. This isn't unusual. Pretty much everyone involved in politics retains legal counsel. Routine "motions to dismiss" have been filed on behalf of Obama. The cost of filing these are negligible. The State of Hawaii keeps Obama's "vault" certificate under wraps free of charge in accordance with Hawaii State Law.

I strongly doubt he's spent any money at all defending himself being that no legal authority has yet compelled him to provide anything.

It’s not OUR responsibility to prove that zero is qualified to be President, the burden of proof falls on HIM.

I've never seen a bill for bringing a 12b6 motion but I'll bet its a lot more than $1.98. Plus there have been several lawsuits and at least one has gone to the US Supreme Court.

Lawyers — especially the top notch firms -- are ridiculously expensive. They are charging him for every phone call and for every time someone uses the copying machine, etc, etc, etc. So am I exaggerating when I say he has spent tens of thousands of dollars?

Nope. He's probably spent that much already with more to come.

Why? Looks like we'll never know.

That's the way I look at it. And a vague mealy mouthed statement from some Hawaiian bureaucrat simply isn't good enough.

Right...I was responding to bronxboy’s statement.
There is only evidence that they have a valid BC on file.

By law, officials cannot disclose contents of the document.

§338-18 Disclosure of records. (a) To protect the integrity of vital statistics records, to ensure their proper use, and to ensure the efficient and proper administration of the vital statistics system, it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part of any such record, except as authorized by this part or by rules adopted by the department of health.

It is more than possible that Obama’s birth certificate is valid and that it does not indicate a birth in the State of Hawaii. If he were born there why wouldn’t Fukino come right out and say so in unambiguous terms?

Instead we have more obfuscation.

Obama could end it all by authorizing the release of his actual, true, archival Certificate of Live Birth. That is if it is as he says it is.

It is becoming harder and harder to believe that there is no fire with all this smoke.

Having two unknown people allegedly look at Obama's birth certificate and having one of them issue a "statement" that it is "valid" does not constitute proof of Obama's qualification as natural born.

We've already had one unqualified President hold the office after hiding the fact that he was not natural born.

Why is it so surprising to you that there could be another?

bronxboy you are not a conservative nor any resemblance of one, but clearly a very clever disruptor able to disguise yourself for 4 years.

Everyone should read his/her posting history on his/her home page and decide for yourself.

Do you think there is 'ANY' merit to the controversy surrounding Barack Obama's citizenship? If you are from NY, DC, CT, or RI. Go here and vote! Only three states and DC are still in the "No" column. NY needs 2052, DC needs 912, CT needs 810, and RI needs 252.

I don’t believe such a document exist...you order a birth certificate. I lost mine...you get an official birth certificate from the state of your birth. It looks nothing like the original.
