50 years ago, Lewis was attacked by dogs that were set upon him by a Democrat sheriff, in a city run by a Democrat mayor, in a state governed by a Democrat governor, in a country whose president was a Democrat. Yet, he ran for Congress as a Democrat. Is he insane? Evidently he is, from his disgusting and insane remarks about Trump.

I am so sick of this guy being untouchable because he is a Civil Rights “icon.” He’s been saying insane and hateful stuff for years. It’s time for him to retire.

And speaking of saying stuff, how can anyone understand this guy—how about some diction lessons!

I am mystified that the right wing press has not clearly defined exactly what Hillary and her people did with regard to emails.

In the US Government, classified and unclassified email systems are entirely separate. There is no electronic connectivity between them.

Therefore, for Hillary and her aides to get thousands of classified emails on to the unclassified system required INTENTIONAL and PURPOSEFUL actions. Hillary, Huma Abedein, Cheryl Mills, et al had to have done the following to move the emails from the classified system to the unclassified system: they had to insert thumb drives, CDs, or floppy disks into the classified system, copy those classified emails, then physically plug those media into Hillary’s unclassified system. Then, before hitting SEND, they deleted the classified markings, leaving only the text (giving Hillary the ability to say “nothing was marked classified”).

These actions are felonies.

Comey said there was no INTENT in Hillary’s actions. How is what I described above not intent????

Hillary dodged a bullet this weekend. As a result of the Dallas shootings, the weekend talk shows (including FoxNews) almost completely ignored the email scandal.

What kind of religious education are those kids getting? Obama professes to be a devout Christian yet I see no evidence that the kids go to Sunday School, Catechism class, or any religious training whatsoever. Wouldn’t a “devout” Christian care about the religious upbringing and souls of his kids?

I happen to believe that Obama is atheist, but like other Democrats (many of whom are also atheists), he dares not revael this truth to the public.

When he met the Queen of England he didn’t bow, plus Michelle inappropriately touched the Queen. I understand Obama’s father hated the Brits for their anti-Mau-Mau campaign first executed by PM Winston Churchill, (PM 1951-55). Obama had Churchill’s bust emoved from the Oval Office, and he didn’t bow to the Queen (like he bowed to the Saudi King and the Japanese Emperor) because of his disdain for the Brits.

THAT’s THE POINT. Yes, Biden is saving $ but what about the taxpayers? If Biden had bought a home in the DC area its cost would be borne by HIM (Congress doesn’t pay for the homes of Senators and Representatives).

But the question remains: does Joe pay the $13K per year or does the government?

Until about 20 years ago, service members aged 18 or higher were able to drink on military bases, regardless of the state law in which the bases were located. This policy was derived from the 1819 Supreme Court case “McCulloch vs. Maryland” which said “the power to tax is the power to destroy.” This meant that NO STATE could pass laws superseding the laws of the federal government, and since the bases were federal, state law did not apply.

But some 20 years ago, the federal government trying to sing Kumbaya with the states, and avoid headlines like “18-Year Old Drunken Fort Bliss Serviceman Kills Two in Auto Accident” in 21-year old drinking states, bowed to entities like MADD, and changed its policy to make the bases adhere to local drinking laws.

This, of course, was a wrongful surrender of federal prerogatives to the states’. It also denied young, car-less service members in remote military bases from being able to drink.

These service members can be parents, they can drive, they can marry, they can vote, and they can die for their country, but they can’t drink a beer.

For many reasons it was wrong for the policy to be changed. It ought to be reversed.

Why are GOP candidates for president of the US making speeches about Michigan’s economy? US presidents worry about the US’s economy, not that of inidividual states.

The Mich economy is ruined for 3 reasons: (1) a Dem governor and legislature that uses business taxes as a cash cow, forcing those businesses to flee, (2) an uneducated populace (in those failing industries), and (3) unions.

I say let the situation deteriorate until all three of these reasons change for the better on their own

The ship should’ve pulled in to Taiwan, and the US ought to re-recognize the government of the Republic of China on Taiwan.

This does not surprise me. Early in my naval flight career I was awarded a bonus, but if I had become diaqualified from flying (medical, voluntary quitting, combat injury, etc.) I would have been required to return a pro-rata share. So, agreements of this sort are standard.

But, I am quite certain that these letters demanding repayment were sent out by some petty (or perhaps even well-meaning) bureaucat without the review of some superior who is politically-attuned to the idiocy of such action.

The bureaucrat is/was just doing his/her job. But that job needs a superior to advise the government leadership of the folly of executing these repayment letters, and the need to work to get the law or policy changed. Policy is alterable with the stroke of a pen. But if these repyaments are mandated by law, the Congress needs to revise the law.

The US ruled the Philippines 1898-1942, and 1945-46. I wonder if things were better under the US, or better under an independent Philippine government.

It was. “Race” was (and still is) used as a synonym for modern terms like ethnicity or nationality. The “Jewish race” (a term sometimes used benignly by many in the past, and malignantly byt the likes of Hitler) is a case in point. Its use was not meant to create a fourth member of the “causasoid, negroid, and mongoloid” races, but uses the term “race” to denote an ethnicity or nationality.

Doesn’t it make you want to punch some maggoty leftist when you compare them to the likes of LT Murphy and his brave team? The old adage “where do we get men like these?” applies. They are all around us, serving honorably and heroically every day in Iraq and Afghanistan, and elsewhere, but society hardly knows it because, traitorous Democrats, the phony soldier, and all kinds of other scum make the headlines more than they do. It sickens me.

It is absurd that “income” alone should be the standard for this program. Why should I fund health care expenses for a family earning $50K but that lives in an expensive home? If they want cash for health care, sell the home, and live in a more modest place, and spare my pocket from paying for expenses that they should be bearing.

If these families with their hand in my pocket own expensive cars or houses, if they have $150/month cable tv bills, if they take vacations, or if they waste money eating out, then, in effect, I am funding these extravagances by paying for their childrens’ health care.

These programs (if they exist at all) MUST BE means tested. Unless and until there is no possible recourse for the health care of these kids, leave me and other taxpayers out of it.

Listeb closely to mainstream media newscasts. They quite willingly use “we” when referring to poverty, lack of health care, crime, i.e. “we are a rich nation yet have 47 million w/o health insurance.” But, they purposely DO NOT use “we” with regard to Iraq, Afghanistan, the War on Terror, etc., because they (the press) feels they are apart from these struggles. So, for once, the mainstream press is honest. When it uses “we” for liberal domestic causes, we know where it stands. And when it doesn’t use “we” for life and death foreign engagements, we also know where it stands.

Aussies kick ass. One of the few western countries that hasn’t been sissified. Good for them!

It’s happening here too, and it is by the design of the LEFT. If you don’t know history, you can be led in any direction, for you have nothing to compare the future path with. Also, ignorning or downplaying past wars and territorial acquisitions would lead the unschooled to think “the US now is as it always was.” Of course, those who have studied history know better. The US was built on the blood and gristle of brave men and women, and by victories in war.

For example, the La Raza crowd who would take the SW from the USA—they know their (twisted version) of history, and are not afraid to tell listeners how all the West was once Mexican. “Once” is actually a good word because Mexico had “nominal” control of the west for all of 30 years, and during that period did nothing to settle it. But from La Raza’s mouthpieces and a pliant press one would think Denver, Salt Lake, Las Vegas, Pheonix, LA and SF were once thriving Mexican cities.

Conservatives can counter 99% of Liberal lies by schooling the populace in History. We need to teach our fellow citizens, especially the younger ones if we are to counter the Leftist liars.
