    AT&T, Verizon and BellSouth telephone companies began turning over records of tens of millions of their customer's phone calls to the NSA program shortly after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, USA Today reported, citing anonymous sources it said had direct knowledge of the arrangement.

    This is against my right to Freedom of Speech and the privacy acts that involve AT&T and their customers.

    I may switch my service soon, to Qwest. One big telecommunications company, Qwest, has refused to turn over records to the program, the newspaper said, because of privacy and legal concerns.

    Shame on you for not informing your customers of what AT&T was doing. The average American is not a terrorist and because of terrorism, the American people are now being treated like POWs.
