Joe Biden’s handlers are not only telling him what to say and how to say it, but also how to walk. The White House has introduced a special routine for when sleep Joe departs and returns to the White House on the Marine One helicopter. Biden’s handlers are now concerned the president may not be able to walk properly on his own. Axios reported: President Biden has introduced a change to his White House departure and return routine. Instead of walking across the South Lawn to and from Marine One by himself, he’s now often surrounded by aides. With aides...

VIDEOI'm on my way to the ABC Islands of the Caribbean for eight days aboard the Celebrity Beyond starting Saturday April 27. The first place I hit will be the Ocean View Café BUFFET bar where not only a plethora of delicious food is awaiting me for lunch tomorrow but also I can start drinking again. In fact, I think I might start drinking a few beers today so all those drinks won't be a complete shock to my system. Oh, and our Steve Kane Radio Show group also has a serious mission project aboard ship. Namely to try out...

Lieutenant General Hisao Tani was shot on this date in 1947 for his part in the Rape of Nanking. Tani commanded a division that took part in the conquest and occupation of that Chinese city in 1937, and it was outside its gates — following a Chinese war crimes trial — that he took his leave of this world.

Today’s economic news highlights “Government Power.” Unproductive government jobs saw wages rise 8.5% YoY while productive private sector jobs saw wages rise by only 5.5% YoY. This is Bidenomics!!! With inflation data surprising to the upside recently… Source: Bloomberg …the doves’ last chance for sooner than later rate-cuts is today’s Core PCE Deflator – often described as The Fed’s favorite inflation signal. Last month saw an uptick in the headline deflator and following yesterday’s core PCE rise for Q1, all eyes are on the March data released this morning. However, both the headline and core PCE Deflator data printed hotter...

I learned a few days ago that tonight is the start of the NFL Draft. For many years this date was marked on my calendar months out, and today I don't even now in which city it will be held. That was then; this is now. It's hard to believe that it's been almost four years since I got tired of being insulted by the NFL and walked away from decades of fandom. Then two years later the league was kind enough to offer several reasons to affirm my decision. So now we check in at 2024, and the league...

The Green Slime! The global movement towards Green Energy (or global Marxist movement) is really The Green Slime! Or maybe it should be renamed “The Red Slime.” Ford lost $132,000 on every electric vehicles they sold in Q1. It was so bad that even CNN reported it! And then we have Hertz dumping its inventory of EVs. A slew of used Teslas have hit the Hertz car sales website after the company announced Thursday it planned to sell off 10,000 more electric vehicles from its fleet than originally planned, bringing the fire sale’s total to 30,000. Perhaps one of the...

If you are up on the latest trends in academia, you’ll know that “institutional neutrality” is in the news as more universities consider or adopt it. In my view, this is a good thing, as it maintains the role of the university as a neutral arena in which faculty and students can freely express and debate a wide range of viewpoints constructively rather than feel stifled when their university takes a public stance on a political or social issue. However, there is confusion within academia on what institutional neutrality means and how to implement it. The free-speech organization FIRE (Foundation...

Electoral College, 2024. Source: Chessrat, via Wikimedia Commons. Public Domain. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ While Americans brace for another contentious presidential election, the Democrats have a better idea: Subvert the Constitution in the name of “democracy.” Once again, the party of the left shows why it’s losing Americans’ trust. Quietly but steadily, the Democratic Party has been advancing its latest bold idea to create a uni-party state: A “National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.” In case you missed it, the Associated Press reported last week that “Maine will become the latest to join a multistate effort to elect the president by popular vote,” the...

A string of potentially defining exchanges have gone viral in recent weeks, potentially capturing a major shift in mood as the nation appears headed for a Trump-Biden rematch in November. Past presidential elections have often seen public sentiment shift in response to a major ad campaign, a change of position from a major candidate, unexpected developments abroad, or an economic downturn, but sometimes small moments can prove pivotal. President George H. W. Bush in 1992, famously checked his watch during a presidential debate against Bill Clinton and Ross Perot. Commenters said that "glancing at the wrist watch in a debate...

Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said he “apologized” to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy for failing to send the millions of tax dollars in aid to the country “fast enough.” During an appearance on “Face the Nation,” McConnell discussed approving the supplemental aid, which provides further funding to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

ight key things to understand about the cacophony on campusHypocrisy projection: When someone who generally only cares about the free speech rights of people they agree with asserts that everybody ELSE is a hypocrite, usually without actually bothering to check if their opponent has, in fact, been consistent. In my book with Rikki Schlott, “The Canceling of the American Mind,” we coined the term “hypocrisy projection” to describe the tactic of critics who look to dismiss people or organizations (like FIRE) by accusing them of being inconsistent in their principles. The irony, of course, is that the accusers themselves tend to...

David Pecker, a key witness in the Manhattan trial, testified that he agreed to execute "catch and kill" deals expressly in service of helping Trump's 2016 presidential campaign --- a plot that prosecutors have labeled a conspiracy to illegally influence the election. In his third day [04/25/2024] of testimony, Pecker, the former publisher of the National Enquirer tabloid, offered jurors a vivid recounting of two such arrangements: one with Karen McDougal, a former Playboy model who claimed she had a yearlong relationship with Trump, and the other with Stormy Daniels, a porn star who alleged a sexual encounter with Trump,...

Almost half of Latino adults support the mass deportation of illegal immigrants — more than both blacks and Democrats, a new Harris Poll survey conducted exclusively for Axios reveals. According to the national survey of 6,251 U.S. adults, conducted March through April, a 51% majority say they support mass deportations of “undocumented” (aka, illegal) immigrants. But a closer look yields some surprising results. Nearly half (45%) of Latinos say they support mass deportation of illegal aliens, more than the 40% support of black respondents. Among whites, 56% say they’re in favor. What’s more, 42% of Democrats support a sweeping purge...

As the pro-Hamas protests rage on at universities across the nation, some of our enemies are laughing at us and encouraging the protesters to wreak even more havoc. It’s been a crazy period as mobs have taken over a number of campuses and are making tent cities, chanting hateful messages, committing vandalism, and causing Jewish students to feel extremely unsafe. Militias backed by Iran, however, are enjoying our plight and our mocking the U.S., condemning Israel, and egging on students to keep it up:The Sabereen News, a Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed Iraqi militias is inciting American students to escalate...

When you let a crazed, genocidal maniac talk long enough, they will always expose themselves. That happened on Thursday when two videos were released of a pro-Hamas protest leader suggesting Jews should be murdered. Shockingly, this is the same person Columbia University officials have been "negotiating" with over the last few days. Kymani James can be seen ranting about how "Zionists," which are Jews, do not deserve to live and should be exterminated like "nazis." A fair warning. This guy's words are extremely violent and disturbing. One of the Columbia students leading the “protest” posted this video stating that “Zionists do...

Things are getting out of hand in NY with campuses being taken over at places like NYU and Columbia by leftist extremists setting up encampments, like Occupy 2.0. Now a viral video has emerged that shows just how out of control it's getting. The video is from Monday night when the police descended on NYU and arrested dozens of students and even some of the professors after the students pelted the police with bottles and hit an officer with a chair. These were the folks that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) claimed were "peaceful." READ MORE:Chaotic Scene As NYPD Descends Upon...

Judge Aileen Cannon on Wednesday unsealed more records related to Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump. The newly unsealed documents detail allegations that Jack Smith’s prosecutor Jay Bratt threatened Stanley Woodward, an attorney for Trump’s valet driver Walt Nauta. Jay Bratt tried to bribe Stanley Woodward and threatened him with a sinking judicial nomination if he didn’t get Walt Nauta to testify against Trump. “Upon Mr. Woodward’s arrival at Main Justice, he was led to a conference room where Mr. Bratt awaited with what appeared to be a folder containing information about Mr. Woodward. Mr. Bratt thereupon told Mr....

As previously reported, an armed Secret Service agent assigned to Kamala Harris got into a physical fight with other agents at Joint Base Andrews on Monday morning.
