Few performers seem willing to step up and entertain the country when the new president is sworn in on Jan. 20. With the news last week that opera singer Andrea Bocelli had bowed to pressure and dropped out of the Inauguration Day concert, and with a member of the Rockettes leading a social-media rebellion against performing for the president, Kid Rock is currently the biggest name scheduled to appear. And liberals are giddy. Because they still don’t get it. Robert Reich, Bill Clinton’s labor secretary who has transformed himself into the Michael Moore of Facebook, is promoting something called the...

Congratulations to Democrats on a very successful turnout effort, I guess. As hard as this is to believe given how highly touted the Clinton GOTV effort was, it makes some sense once you realize where the fatal error probably lay. Democrats assumed that white women and working-class whites who had voted for Obama would stick with Clinton this time for the most part, especially in the Rust Belt. Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania were part of the blue firewall, weren’t they? Well, there you go. No need to even visit Wisconsin. Their loyalty was taken for granted. So when the time...

Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=29&v=8FMMfVCojvE The organization J-Street, seen as representing the Jewish far-Left in the US, has publicized in recent days a video which attempts to label Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump as holding positions equivalent to those of the Israeli Right. The video, however, may have backfired for J-Street, as it has gone viral - and representatives of the Trump camp claim that it only serves to bolster support for Trump. Representatives of the Trump campaign in Israel told Arutz Sheva: “We thank J-Street for saving us the budget for another video ..."

Trump supporters are super motivated. We will be there regardless of weather, regardless how long the line is, and we will vote for our candidate. Democrats have low-motivated voters. The BernieBots hate Hillary for stealing the election. Blacks are indifferent as Hillary's an old white lady and her husband, Bill, put blacks in prison signing 3-Strikes laws. Unions are also split this election as many members are voting Trump to get infrastructure jobs and the jobs that'll come back or stay here due to his America First policies. Now we see CNN already talking about the 'transition' for Hillary and...

The monstrosity of Hillary is that she fully supports unjustified homicide against innocent children, on the pretext that to do otherwise would curtail unlimited sexual freedom. But the "Hillary Brain Freeze" video currently trending shows nothing at all unusual, and will give fuel to Democrat claims that Hillary is being "persecuted". It should be roundly condemned by Trump, otherwise it will backfire on him. youtube.com/watch?v=NlxWckQbpugI have always been a resolute enemy of the Klinton Krime Krewe. But I noted the press going over the top against Bubba about 1998, about matters concerned with Kenneth Starr. I regard the whole Monicagate...

The Council on American-Islamic Relations is urging Muslim women to speak out against Donald Trump after the Republican nominee suggested that Ghazala Khan, the wife of Khizr Khan, was silent during his speech at the Democratic National Convention last week because she was forbidden from saying anything. The Khans' son was killed in 2004 while serving as a U.S. soldier in Iraq. CAIR put out a press release Sunday urging Muslim women activists to take to Twitter between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. EDT Monday to tweet "about who they are and how they speak out," using the hashtag #CanYouHearUsNow.

Ed mentioned this in passing in the last post but it deserves extra attention. How often do you see a guy’s favorable rating within his own party cut nearly in half in the span of two weeks? Cruz’s move, however, appears to have backfired. While 60% of Republican voters had a positive impression of the former presidential candidate before the convention, just 33% have one now.

Former 2016 presidential hopeful Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Tex.) encouraged voters to head to the polls in November, but did not specifically endorse Donald Trump. The crowd booed as he ended his speech and Trump entered the arena. To the extent we can measure these things, it looks like Sen. Ted Cruz's (R-Tex.) big gamble -- refusing to endorse Donald Trump at the Republican convention last week -- may have been a bad bet, at least with Republicans. A new CNN/ORC poll finds that Cruz's public image among Republicans dropped some 50 percent from his image pre-convention. Before the convention, almost...

The frustration that Hillary Clinton is feeling as she chases Donald Trump around the battleground state must be palpable. Make no mistake, the “scientific” polls showing her ahead of Trump aren’t fooling Hillary. She knows she’s trailing already. Clinton’s situation reminds us of the old story about the dog food CEO who holds an emergency meeting because sales are stagnant. With fire in his voice the CEO screams at his executive core asking: Why, if they have the best packaging; the best placement and the best prices are sales flat? No one wanted to speak but after a minute of...

The horrifying slayings of eight law enforcement officers in the past 10 days may come back to haunt Democrats funding protests against police behind the scenes in hopes of energizing black voters in November. Instead of juicing turnout for presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, the unrest may wind up backfiring by whipping up public sympathy for police and creating an opportunity for Republicans to run on a law-and-order message, analysts say. “The proof of that will be on Election Day. But I would say the problem with the strategy is that it has contributed to a climate of support...

A CBS News crew decided to join apparently dozens of journalists across the country this week and purchase an AR-15 rifle on camera to show “how easy” it was to purchase a firearm by sending reporter Paula Reid to purchase one of these rifles, along with ammunition, from a Virginia gun shop. Are President Obama, Hillary Clinton and violent leftists in cahoots to elect Donald Trump? Or are they just idiots? The evidence is overwhelming that they all belong to a conspiracy — either of secret GOP sympathizers or of dunces. Those are the only options after Democrats took turns denouncing Trump in ways that actually bolstered the potency of his arguments. Three examples tell the tale. First, Obama traveled to Indiana to deliver what aides called his first attempt to influence the election. That’s a lie, of course, but not the biggest one of the day. No. 1 would be Obama’s...

Americans admire protest movements and civil disobedience, but they draw the line at violence, so harassing and beating up Trump supporters could do him a lot of good. My central supposition about this election is that Donald Trump will lose because most regular middle Americans just won’t vote to make that man their president. This has nothing to do with ideology. It’s just about Trump. Not everyone out there adores Hillary Clinton by a long shot, and I understand well that for a lot of people this is a choice between beef liver and lumpfish, but I just think at...

Via the Daily Rushbo, right on both counts. It wasn’t so much an anti-Trump riot, Limbaugh notes, as an anti-Trump-supporter riot “since they are really violently protesting … American citizens exercising their constitutional right to express their political opinion.” Indeed. Anti-American, straight up. And the more violence there is aimed at Trump and his fans, especially by people waving Mexican flags, the more swing voters will conclude that an authoritarian whose centerpiece proposal involves a border wall might be just what the doctor ordered after all. He’s also right that some well-known lefties were quick to denounce the riot last...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: It's gonna backfire. This is what they don't get. I don't care how effective people think it was, I don't care how good, how devastating, whatever people think, it's gonna backfire. It's the thing nobody figures out. All these attacks on Trump, they backfire on the people that launch them. BREAK TRANSCRIPT RUSH: The Drive-Bys are so excited over these riots. Well, some of them are. Actually, some of the Drive-Bys were repulsed by what they saw. We'll have sound bites coming up. The Drive-Bys are also orgasmic over Hillary's foreign policy speech yesterday, which wasn't a...

Esquire magazine writer Charles Pierce must be in a state of panic after the events following yesterday's Donald Trump rally in San Jose, California when anti-Trump protesters violently attacked Trump supporters. Last week Pierce wrote that such attacks only help Trump and that has him extremely worried. Unfortunately for him, even some his fellow liberal journalists such as Emmett Rensin, who was today suspended from Vox, still haven't got a clue on just how incredibly counter-productive such riots are.

With that in mind, I would like to humbly suggest that those people who gather to protest the appearances of He, Trump kindly stop being such predictable tools for those really dark forces that are gathering around the presumptive Republican nominee. Jesus H. Christ on a satellite feed, stop making it so easy for them. What happened in Albuquerque Tuesday night not only was pointless, it was utterly stupid. It gave the campaign of He, Trump enough footage to create campaign ads all the way through his re-election campaign in 2020. It gave cable news a chance to monger some...

o, for the umpteenth time in the last several weeks, Hillary Clinton’s campaign is attempting to explain to Americans how she will take on wild card Donald Trump in the general election. And for the umpteenth time, she’s failing. A woman with all the charm of a 1980s-era withered plastic sofa cover will try to outplay a man who got famous being likeable on television. And she’ll do it with policy! POLICY, I TELL YOU! According to The New York Times today, Hillary’s speech today in San Diego will target Trump over his foreign policy incoherence: The argument will include...

Bent on destroying Israel, and gripped by vicious anti-Semitism, Baghdad ‘pauperized’ its Jews and forced them to leave for the nascent Jewish state in 1951-2. It believed Israel would collapse under the strain. But the immigrants ultimately helped Israel thrive, and it was Iraq that suffered After Adolf Hitler’s defeat in May 1945, many Nazis melted away from the Reich, smuggled out by such organizations as the infamous Odessa group and the lesser-known Catholic lay network Intermarium, as well as the CIA and KGB. They ensured the continuation of the Nazi legacy in the postwar Arab world. Egypt was a...

And wait until you see how the left wing media portrayed what happened. Donald Trump held a rally in New Mexico yesterday. Protesters were on hand but simple protest was not enough. Exercising their rights was not enough. They decided they were going to suppress the rights of Trump and of those who attended the rally. They lit fires and threw rocks and bottles at police, some of whom were injured. They assaulted a wheelchair-bound Trump supporter while chanting "Stop the hate!" (video at the link) https://youtu.be/-qhyJQvHiosThere was violence both inside and outside the rally. As far away as Pakistan it was reported...
