After a painstaking investigation into the Trayvon Martin shooting, I have produced a film and written a companion book, both called The Trayvon Hoax: Unmasking the Witness Fraud that Divided America. Only after I started the project did I realize I had stumbled onto the most spectacular case of identity fraud in modern American judicial history. Thanks to the folks at American Thinker for allowing me to reveal it here for the first time. I had originally set out to produce a documentary about the rise of 2018 Florida gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum. The more I looked into Gillum’s success,...

Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law Thursday a measure outlawing the sale or possession of child-like sex dolls that lawmakers argue promote sexual urges among pedophiles. However, some groups have argued just the opposite, saying those dolls can help prevent pedophiles from acting on those urges with actual children. The legislation (SB 160) was sponsored by Sen. Lauren Book and was unanimously approved by both houses of the Legislature. Rep. Michael Gottlieb filed a companion measure in the House (HB 1107). “A person may not knowingly sell, lend, give away, distribute, transmit, show, or transmute … an obscene, child-like sex...

The Big Lie is back in style. Wikipedia tells us that the term was invented by Adolf Hitler to describe what others did -- though he was the biggest liar of all. "The broad masses of a nation," he wrote in "Mein Kampf," "more readily fall victims to the big lie than the small lie." No one on the political scene in this country or any democratic nation is a monster comparable to Hitler. But some have resorted to the Big Lie in their attempts to override clear decisions of the people, at the risk of delegitimizing the nation's democracy....

Never mind about that plan to send illegal migrants to Florida. Thanks to some strong pushback from Governor Ron DeSantis, a loyal Trump supporter, the city of San Diego became the latest destination. With record numbers of people apprehended at the southern border, the Trump administration decided to relieve the overcrowding of detention centers at the border and fly detainees to other places. First, President Trump threatened to move them into sanctuary cities, which sounded like a reasonable idea to me. Then a plan was discussed to fly migrants, mostly families, to Broward and Palm Beach counties in Florida....

The largest donors on the left will be given a 'private briefing on investigations' into President Donald Trump by House Jud. Former Democratic gubernatorial candidates Stacey Abrams and Andrew Gillum this week questioned the outcomes of their 2018 gubernatorial races -- suggesting that they, rather than their Republican opponents, should be in the governor seats. Gillum, the former mayor of Tallahassee who lost to now-Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the state’s gubernatorial race in November, hinted on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” that both he and Abrams got enough votes to win their races, and that Abrams' may have been influenced by her opponent already being in office. “Stacey juiced as many Dems as she could out of the state...

In an unexpected speech shortly before the state Senate adjourned its 2019 session, Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax cautioned against “political lynchings without any due process” and said “the truth is on my side” in the sexual assault allegations he faces. Referencing Virginia’s history of slavery and lynchings of African-Americans, Fairfax told senators from the dais Sunday that Virginia needs to decide what the next 400 years of state history will look like. “If we go backwards in a rush to judgment, and we allow for political lynchings without any due process, any facts, any evidence being heard, then I think...

BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Gov. Ron DeSantis sent a letter to President Donald Trump on Tuesday requesting that the United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) be headquartered in Florida. “Today, I submitted a request to President Trump formally asking him to headquarter United States Space Command in Florida,” said Governor DeSantis. “As the world’s premier gateway to space, Florida has been the departure point for more cargo and humans to space than any other place in the world, so I believe our state is the logical choice to base this new command. In addition to my request to the President, I...

Records show that undercover FBI agents gave Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum (D) a ticket to "Hamilton" in 2016, contrary to his campaign's previous explanation. Former lobbyist Adam Corey's lawyer, Chris Kise, released the records Tuesday, only two weeks before the gubernatorial election in which Gillum narrowly leads his Republican opponent, former Rep. Ron DeSantis, according to RealClearPolitics. The documents were originally reported by the Tampa Bay Times, and Kise forwarded them to The Hill. Text messages between Gillum and former lobbyist Adam Corey, who set up meetings with the agents, according to the Times, show Gillum knew the tickets came...

Less than three weeks into office and for Republican U.S. Sen. Rick Scott Washington is shaping up to be as dysfunctional as he feared. So while pushing for the current Congressional immigration and border security deal to include people in DACA and temporary protected status program, plus a border barrier, Scott is not expressing high hopes. “It’s going to be hard,” Scott said Monday, shortly before meeting with a group of Hispanic political activists. It followed his first address from the floor of the U.S. Senate, which also was about Puerto Rico, and his bill amendment seeking $600 million in...

Former Tallahassee mayor and Democratic gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum is joining CNN as a political commentator... [snip]On Friday, Florida’s ethics commission said there is probable cause Gillum violated the state's ethics law. Gillum is accused of accepting gifts from lobbyists and vendors during his time as Tallahassee's mayor.

But a Florida ethics probe into Gillum’s conduct as Tallahassee mayor has made his political future cloudier than it once appeared. On Friday, that investigation took a new, serious turn, when a state commission found probable cause that Gillum violated ethics laws by accepting gifts from lobbyists. This latest development, reported in the Tallahassee Democrat, should not be confused with the FBI probe into corruption in Tallahassee, which looks to be uninterested in Gillum.

The new governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis has named Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Mike Ertel as the new Secretary of State, who will be overseeing elections in Florida. Although he is a Republican, he does not endorse candidates nor does he allow corruption from anyone, regardless of political affiliation. He counts the votes and that is all. Seminole County under Ertel has an excellent record of tabulating votes. Snipes has been an embarrassment to the entire state and Florida elections will be much better in 2020 under his leadership. That will likely not be to Snipes liking because if...

At this point, Stacey Abrams, Bill Nelson, Andrew Gillum and Hillary Clinton should travel the country as the Sore Losers Tour 2019. “Sore Loserman” was the insult directed at 2000 presidential/vice presidential candidates Al Gore and Joe Lieberman, known on the campaign trail as “Gore Lieberman.” After losing to George W. Bush, Gore challenged the handling of the Florida vote counting, resulting in the closest presidential race in the history of the United States. Gore’s appeals for a recount went unheeded, resulting in Republicans all across America placing ‘Sore Loserman’ bumper stickers on cars.

What do Democrat, losers, Andrew Gillum, Stacey Abrams & Bill Nelson all have in common. Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Oprah Winfrey & Chuck Schumer all came to Florida and Georgia to campaign for them...and all of them lost their races. Of course, the Democrats with brains & street smarts, realized that having the Obama's, Clinton, Schumer & Winfrey campaign for them is the kiss of political death. I see the Clintons have cancelled their grand tour, no one has signed up to attend. Methinks, the Obama's and Clinton's are toast as effective campaigners for any Democrats. Case...
