Gov. Ron DeSantis signed into law Thursday a measure outlawing the sale or possession of child-like sex dolls that lawmakers argue promote sexual urges among pedophiles. Never mind about that plan to send illegal migrants to Florida. Thanks to some strong pushback from Governor Ron DeSantis, a loyal Trump supporter, the city of San Diego became the latest destination. Former Tallahassee mayor and Democratic gubernatorial nominee Andrew Gillum is joining CNN as a political commentator... [snip]On Friday, Florida’s ethics commission said there is probable cause Gillum violated the state's ethics law. Gillum is accused of accepting gifts from lobbyists and vendors during his time as Tallahassee's mayor.

But a Florida ethics probe into Gillum’s conduct as Tallahassee mayor has made his political future cloudier than it once appeared. On Friday, that investigation took a new, serious turn, when a state commission found probable cause that Gillum violated ethics laws by accepting gifts from lobbyists. The new governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis has named Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Mike Ertel as the new Secretary of State, who will be overseeing elections in Florida. Although he is a Republican, he does not endorse candidates nor does he allow corruption from anyone, regardless of political affiliation. He counts the votes and that is all. On Thursday Governor Rick Scott from Florida held a press conference to discuss the ongoing ballot production operation in Palm Beach and Broward counties in Florida. Broward County, notorious for voter fraud, continues to produce ballots and votes for Democrats two days after the election.
