That’s quite a feat since the Rocky Mountain Pictures political documentary is still playing in only 1,090 North American theaters – or about 1/3 as many theaters as big-budget actioner The Expendables 2 (3,355 theaters). SUNBURY — Valley conservatives are looking forward to watching a documentary movie examining the Obama presidency, but they’ll have to hurry. The film, “2016: Obama’s America,” opens today for a short run at the Susquehanna Valley Mall’s Digiplex Cinema Center in Hummels Wharf. It also is being shown in Bloomsburg and State College. Bucknell University’s Conservatives Club tentatively plans to host a speech in October by Dinesh D’Souza, the author-director behind the film, but the university’s Campus Theatre has no plans to show it. “Although we do screen documentaries at the Campus, we tend to shy away from political documentaries...

By all indications the new movie “2016: Obama’s America” is quickly shaping up to be a traveling TEA party rally the way visiting Chick-fil-A earlier this month was and still is. The film is based on the bestselling brilliant expose of Barack Obama’s plans for America by Dinesh D’Souza. It deconstructs the lies we have been fed by Obama’s handlers since he came on the national scene six years ago. In this 1 hour and 29 minute film D’Souza explains that Hope and Change was merely a phrase given substance by addled brained fools who thought he was “cool.” ‎”…....

Went to see 2016 with my son inlaw today. At the conclusion of the movie the audience applauded, but not because it was a heartwarming ending or the good guys won kind of ending, but because someone has dared to tell the truth. It was more like, "finally, someone on our side is daring to tell this story". It is frightening to see just how imminent the effects of Obama's actions are, and that they are all so calculated. I used to get so mad at Romney when he would shovel the pablum, "Obama's a nice guy, he's just over...
