Maduro, whose authoritarian regime has yet to issue any official statement regarding Argentina’s Sunday presidential election at press time, made the claims against Milei during his weekly television show Con Maduro+ (“With Maduro Plus”). Maduro offered no evidence to substantiate any of his accusations against Argentina’s president-elect.

A recent human rights report calls government holidays for Christmas and Easter discriminatory to religious minorities in Canada. According to Blacklock’s Reporter, the Canadian Human Rights Commission’s report says statutory holidays in the country are an “obvious example” of systemic religious discrimination rooted in colonial bias. “Statutory holidays related to Christianity, including Christmas and Easter, are the only Canadian statutory holidays linked to religious holy days,” said the Discussion Paper on Religious Intolerance. “As a result, non-Christians may need to request special accommodation to observe their holy days.” The earliest mention of Christmas in Canada dates to 1641, according to...

Defence Secretary Grant Shapps today took a swipe at the Argentina's newly elected president after the former 'tantric sex coach' vowed to 'reclaim' the Falkland Islands and said doing so was 'non-negotiable'. Explanation: These chaotic and tangled filaments of shocked, glowing gas are spread across planet Earth's sky toward the constellation of Cygnus as part of the Veil Nebula. The Veil Nebula itself is a large supernova remnant, an expanding cloud born of the death explosion of a massive star. Light from the original supernova explosion likely reached Earth over 5,000 years ago. The glowing filaments are really more like long ripples in a sheet seen almost edge on, remarkably well separated into the glow of ionized hydrogen atoms shown in red and oxygen in blue hues. Also known as the Cygnus...

Those watches, handbags and sunglasses might look awfully alluring when laid out on a New York City street corner — but the feds want holiday shoppers to keep walking. That was the message they hammered home Tuesday as federal authorities warned people not to shell out their hard-earned dollars for fraudulent goods — whose very existence poses a shadowy threat to the country, they said. “Today we’re here to warn the public again with an old saying that will stand the test of time: If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is,” Marina Vides, assistant special...
