Iran is prepared to accept changes to the 2015 nuclear agreement and not seek nuclear weapons if the United States agrees to the deal and lifts sanctions, a spokesman for Iran said Wednesday. “If the sanctions are ended and there is a return to the [nuclear] accord, there is room for giving reassurances toward breaking the deadlock and the President has even a proposal for small changes in the accord,” Ali Rabiei said on state TV, according to Reuters. The news service added that Iran’s state-run Press TV said on Wednesday that Tehran would be willing to reenter the deal...

President Trump has taken back the 2020 election lead over former Vice President Joe Biden. The latest Rasmussen Reports survey put Trump at 47% and Biden at 43%. “Most voters expect Joe Biden to be the Democratic nominee, but President Trump has the edge for now in next year’s presidential race,” said the survey analysis of 1,000 likely voters. While the bottom line isn’t good for Biden, the poll found that most Democrats believe that he will emerge as the nominee. Some national surveys have shown that Biden is losing to Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren. The survey was conducted before...

Newly uncovered photographs of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s family provide even more evidence that she married her brother as part of an immigration scam. Earlier this month, a tweet resurfaced in which Rep. Omar linked to a now-deleted Instagram post where she referred to her father by the name Nur Said

Israeli President Reuven Rivlin will tap Likud Chair and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu for the task of forming a ruling coalition, after meeting Wednesday evening with Netanyahu and his main challenger, Blue and White Chair Benny Gantz. Leave it to Utah Republican Senator Mitt Romney to completely whiff on a political issue by sanctimoniously carrying his "Better than Thou" attitude against Donald Trump while not actually taking a stand on a subject. On Wednesday, despite the transcript showing this whole Ukrainian issue is a nothing-burger, the former governor of Massachusetts told the press that the transcript was concerning, but stopped short of advising Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to pursue formal impeachment hearings. Jonathan Martin of the New York Times asked the senator if it was "appropriate for the House to begin this inquiry on impeachment?"...

Posted on September 24, 2019September 24, 2019 by Msgr. Charles Pope Pondering a Surprising Restoration and Hoping for the Same! At daily Mass during this 25th Week of the Year, we are reading from Nehemiah and Ezra, two books dealing with the restoration of Jerusalem and the Temple. In an almost miraculous turn of events, the Persians conquered the Babylonians and then Persian rulers Cyrus and Darius not only permitted the Jews to return to their land, they even offered money to help rebuild the Temple! To fully appreciate this, we need to study the terrible demise of Jerusalem...

Many still are puzzling about why former Indiana abortionist Ulrich Klopfer kept the preserved remains of 2,246 aborted babies in his garage for years. Dr. Geoffrey Cly, who used to work with Klopfer but who is now pro-life, is curious as well. He told CBS 2 Chicago that the late abortionist was pathological and deceptive. Cly said he found it disturbing that Klopfer took a lot of care to medically preserve and label the baby’s bodies, but he did not show the same care when performing abortions. Klopfer aborted unborn babies in Indiana for decades until the state revoked his...

The Trump administration has recalled the U.S. ambassador to Ukraine abruptly and ahead of her scheduled departure, after she became a target of political attacks by conservative media outlets and Donald Trump Jr. Democrats see her early departure under pressure as the unfair targeting of a career Foreign Service officer by Team Trump. According to an internal State Department management notice that I obtained, U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch will leave her post permanently on May 20, with no replacement in place and no nominations to fill that position. The House Democratic leadership thinks that Yovanovitch’s early departure under pressure is...

Ukrainian prosecutors say they have uncovered evidence of corruption and wrongdoing by American Democrats, including their involvement with Ukraine's efforts to meddle in the 2016 election in favor of Hillary Clinton, John Solomon reported at the Hill. The officials claim they have evidence of "contacts between Democratic figures in Washington and Ukrainian officials that involved passing along dirt on Donald Trump," according to Solomon. Additional evidence includes a Ukrainian natural gas company's suspicious $3 million in payments to American accounts tied to Joe Biden's youngest son, and the then-vice president's efforts to quash the investigation. Unfortunately, the Trump Justice Department...

......"I did read the transcript. It remains troubling in the extreme. It's deeply troubling," Romney told reporters. "Clearly what we've seen from the transcript itself is deeply troubling."...

Or something in between? As promised, the White House has released the transcript of the conversation between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskiy from late July that formed the core of the House Democrats’ latest impeachment push. Other than that, however, the transcript largely fails to live up to the promises of either side.As apparently reported by the whistleblower, Trump did encourage the new Ukrainian president to investigate Hunter Biden as part of his new agenda. However, there is no mention at all of a quid pro quo, and in fact it was Zelenskiy who brought up the subject first....

This survey from Morning Consult comes out at a particularly apt time. We’ve just finished the “climate strike†where students and teachers walked out in protest of a lack of action by the government to combat global warming. There was a big meeting at the UN on the subject. A teenage girl has been scolding the leaders of the free world and the cable news networks have been eating it up. The 2020 Democratic hopefuls were up in arms because there wasn’t a separate debate dealing only with that subject. So is this what’s really on the minds of voters...

The coyote came charging full speed across the front yard, circled the tree, and charged right at Christine. It came so close it touched her. "I feeled its ear," she said. "It almost bited my rib." "We heard the scream," her mother Elizabeth Przybylski said. "She came in with this wild story." Her parents pulled up the home surveillance footage and sure enough, there it was.

Democratic presidential contender Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders says he is “positively disposed to accepting climate change refugees into this country. Many rich people have multiple residences in different parts of the United States or the world where they can go when the weather is bad. Poor people deserve this same option.” Sanders suggested that “we create a line item in the federal budget to fund the transportation and lodging costs of anyone who wants to come to America because of the climate in their country of origin. It’s not fair that these people should be forced to endure uncomfortable living...

VIDEO Watch as the mainstream media desperately tries to change the subject from the possible corruption of Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, in order to focus on the impeachment of President Donald Trump that they so desperately desire. Be sure to watch to the end as Senator John Kennedy of Louisiana dribbles poor Chuck Todd like a basketball as Chuckie screeches about "Gaslighting."

Presidential long shot Tulsi Gabbard opted not to back the Democrats' impeachment inquiry into President Trump during a Tuesday interview on CNN. The conversation took place prior to Speaker Pelosi's official announcement, but CNN had already reported what she was going to say during her presser. “Look, my position remains the same. I think that impeachment would be terribly divisive for our already very divided country," Gabbard stated. "I think Congress needs to exercise oversight over the information that’s been leaked. I think that it’s important that this transcript is released to Congress so that Congress can do its job....

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a leading Democratic presidential candidate, called the memo "a smoking gun." The newly-released summary of President Donald Trump's now-infamous July call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy swept through Washington and the 2020 trail on Wednesday, bolstering Democrats' calls for impeachment and eliciting defensive outrage from some Republicans. Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif, tweeted that "The transcript of the call reads like a classic mob shakedown: – We do a lot for Ukraine – There’s not much reciprocity – I have a favor to ask – Investigate my opponent – My people will be in touch Nice country you...

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko told Hill.TV's John Solomon in an interview that aired Wednesday that U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch gave him a do not prosecute list during their first meeting. “Unfortunately, from the first meeting with the U.S. ambassador in Kiev, [Yovanovitch] gave me a list of people whom we should not prosecute,” Lutsenko, who took his post in 2016, told Hill.TV last week. “My response of that is it is inadmissible. Nobody in this country, neither our president nor our parliament nor our ambassador, will stop me from prosecuting whether there is a crime,” he continued....

Democratic socialist U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York -- who insists the world has only 12 years left -- claims she captured on video the poisoning of the air by fracking. The only problem is there wasn't any fracking going on, and what she claimed was pollution was merely thermal waves.
