There are many many people willing to live in their 15 minute cities / prisons. It’s easy. Look how many live in their screens. People can’t even get a coffee without staring at their screens.
One of my guilty pleasures is watching arrest videos. It is especially common with black women, but many times the cops will be attacked by some criminal, and the ONLY thing on their mind is “GIMME MY PHONE GIMME MY PHONE.” The screens mean more to them than anything else in the world. Even as they are getting arrest and catching felonies for attacking LEO for taking their phones. Insane.
You see it. I have pointed it out several times when you posted threads that ask folks to look in the mirror and take a good look at their own true morality. Crickets... Nothing... No one has the intestinal fortitude to judge themselves and be honest about what they see.

I’m not sure if you’re aware of this, but the standard bar code in your second picture in this post contains the number 666 encoded into its structure.
Each pair of bars represents a digit. The numbers displayed correspond to ten of the fifteen pairs of bars in that type of barcode. Sometimes you’ll see digits to the side that correspond to the second and second-to-last pairs.
If you compare all bar codes of this type, you will find that the first, middle, and last pairs of bars are always the same. And they are the digit 6.
I believe their function is to provide a frame of reference to the scanner, but it is more than an odd coincidence that these reference bars are the same as the number 6.
To confirm this, you can look at where the number 6 falls in sequence below the barcode in your sample image. Look at the pair of bars just after the middle pair. Those are the only ones identical to the first, middle, and last pairs of bars. And the corresponding number is 6.
