The Pandemic Treaty’s Failure — Another Indicator Of The Lord’s Restraint On World Events
Harbingers Daily ^ | 6/4/24 | Jonathan Brentner

I expected to see a much different headline this week. With all the hype and buildup of the past couple of years, I anticipated reading that the member nations of the World Health Organization (WHO) had successfully approved the Pandemic Treaty at their formal meeting beginning on May 27, 2024.

Instead, this headline appeared on the AP (Associated Press) Website on May 24, “Efforts to draft a pandemic treaty falter as countries disagree on how to respond to next emergency.” The article addressed the lack of agreement on the matter with the following inconsistent message:

The draft treaty had attempted to address the gap that occurred between COVID-19 vaccines in rich and poorer countries, which WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said amounted to “a catastrophic moral failure.”

Addressing a sullen final day of negotiations, the WHO chief insisted, “This is not a failure.”

“We will try everything — believing that anything is possible — and make this happen because the world still needs a pandemic treaty,” he said. “Because many of the challenges that caused a serious impact during COVID-19 still exist.”

Of course, they will keep trying to implement this treaty as it opens the door for the global governance they earnestly covet.

I was talking about Churches like the Catholic Church and other so-called Christian entities....actual believers in Christ won’t be “conquered” because they will end up in Heaven - but we will all suffer as Satan infiltrates the various religions. We can’t stop what’s happening any more than we (they) could have stopped Jesus from being crucified - it was part of His purpose for being here and what’s happening is the purpose for His return.

I’ve read/studied the Bible enough to know that too many religions are still stuck in the Old Covenant because it gives them a perception of power over their members - where the New Covenant gives us a direct line to Jesus and makes priests look like the Pharisees Jesus railed against. Too many stopped being teachers of Jesus and went all “glitz”. I’ve heard many calling for the return to Latin for Mass - I grew up listening to Latin Mass and knew the right sounds to make at the right time but hadn’t a clue as to what the priest and the congregation were saying. I left the Catholic Church after being “confirmed” (by Bishop Fulton Sheen in Rochester NY in the 60s) because I hadn’t heard/grasped the message. It took a Bible-based non-denominational church almost 40 years later for me to hear the message clearly stated enough for me to give myself to Christ and then be baptized for real - as a sign of my belief instead of as an ignorant baby with some “priest” supposedly saving my soul with water and oil.

trebnb There is no unconquerable church as Satan has infiltrated all the churches as surely as illegals/terrorists have infiltrated the nations of the world....along with the governments.

No, that is incorrect - Jesus said that He would build His Church on St. Peter and that this church would stand

The Catholic/Orthodox/Oriental Orthodox/Assyrian Church has stood the test of time and has the same doctrines that the first Christians had (refer to the Didache written in 55 AD)

I think that was more Him responding to Peter’s faith/comment that Jesus was the Messiah than on Peter himself. He meant that those who continued to believe in Him would constitute His Church. Over the centuries, the church has committed many atrocities and insinuated itself as a “replacement” for Jesus with its priests who are similar to the Pharisees. The Church speaks of Papal infallibility and yet Francis, a Marxist who is more political than religious is the “Pope”.
Jesus also told us not to call any mortal man “Father” because we had one Father - He who was in Heaven - yet the Church calls its priests, “Father” and members are expected to do the same...instead of becoming teachers of the New Covenant, they have, in large numbers become charlatans and have circled wagons around pedophiles in their midst for an extended period.
